We love Pho 280. Our 4 year old begs for pho. I’m 100% okay with this too.- Editing to add that with the name change comes a change in opinion of this restaurant. The good flavors that we craved are no longer. Nothing is the same and it’s actually quite sad because we loved this place. The pho comes with half the noodles and about 1/3 of the meat. When dining in, the service was lacking. We had to ask for spoons, the sauces, and the plate of veggies that go with the pho. What was brought to the table was inedible so I see why the girl “forgot” to bring it. It was just all around a terrible experience. We ordered take out the following week thinking it might be better but my husband received the wrong Pho and the broth smelled like spoiled meat. We just tossed it and considered it a loss. Taking the stars back due to the 100% change. Pho 280 earned the five stars, White on Rice needs a lot of improvement.

Absolutely love this place. Whenever my wife and I have had a rough day/week/month we make the 30 minute drive to pick up some rare beef pho, bao buns with pork belly, and summer rolls with shrimp. It's enough to placate us for at least 2 days and hits such a comfortable spot. Covid has affected many restaurants and Pho 280 is no exception; that said, it's worth the small additional wait when they're busy.

The pho and spring rolls were both very good, but not worth the premium price. Worth even less considering the surly employee who rung me up. I’m always incredibly courteous with service industry professionals; after all, they’re making your food. But this dude was not friendly at all, and I tipped 20% and it was takeout… not a big deal to help local businesses. Maybe they were short-staffed, maybe he was having a bad day, not sure. Definitely not making the trek back there considering there are several places to get pho on the 280 corridor.

Have been to White on Rice probably five times since the change of ownership and name (from Pho 280). Each meal has been delicious. So far, have sampled the lettuce wraps (a phenomenal appetizer), the chicken lemon grass and fried rice. The quality is great. Also, when it's warmer, it's nice to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the outside weather.

I had the original pho with thinly sliced beef. Very tasty with all the fixins. Had to ask for fish sauce as it was not on table but that is not too unusual. The beef was tenderloin! Generally I get beef round so that was a nice upgrade. Space was nice with a bar which suited me for lunch. I had the steamed pork dumplings but think I would have liked the summer rolls better. Kinda pricey but so is everything else these days.

Omg! THE BEST PHO EVER! I'd say it's better than any other pho place in town! Kim was amazing...she waited on me so professionally and....90% of the food in the restaurant including the soy sauce is Gluten free! The portion was more than enough for me to get full and it was amazing! I also had the Vietnamese egg rolls and they were so delicious! If you're looking for great food for a totally reasonable price this should be your go to from now on!

Delicious! The best Vietnamese egg rolls I’ve had and the beef brisket pho was amazing!

Quality of food went down compared to original pho 280. Fish sauce for noodle was not authentic; fish sauce did not have garlic or even red peppers in it. Only 5 pieces of meat came with the pho. Pho 280 food quality is miles better than this .

Food is not the same quality as the old Pho 280. Fish sauce could use some work such as adding red peppers and garlic in it instead of just fish sauce, water, and lime. Pho 280 had this more beefy pho broth, which this new place was lacking and even lacking the number of meat in the bowl. Pho was not even hot when it came out. Ordered fish sauce fried chicken wings and it came out with the bland fish sauce dip, which I thought it would be fish sauce infused with the chicken wings.

Saw a new Vietnamese restaurant on 280 and had to give them a try. It's in the old Pho 280 location. New owners, up dated menu and better service. I wanted to wait till I sampled more of the menu to give a review but I was so impressed with my first visit I wanted to get them on your map. The Spring rolls were great, if you like a sweet sauce, your in business, they are working on a fish sauce that isn't quite there yet. Chicken wings are not traditional Vietnamese fair but I have been craving some wings for weeks and it's not cold enough for Pho and I'm not coming down with a cold. They were cooked to perfection, I guess I was hoping for a Vietnamese style dipping sauce but was disappointed. I was so impressed with the level of service over my last visit to this location under the old management that I had to give them 4 stars. Their Pho must be Good I saw 4 take out orders while I was there. Stay tuned.

We ate in and really enjoyed our meal! The service was prompt, the food tasted very fresh and quickly arrived at our table. The homemade soy had good flavor and didn't seem as salty as most other soy which was an added bonus.Overall we highly recommend this restaurant.

Good service, good broth. Our meal was prepared quickly and it was obvious that everything was freshly prepared. My only issue was my kids rice bowls. The chicken and rice is just that and nothing more. Seasoned chicken over white rice. Same for the pork and rice bowl. I know kids can be picky eaters but they should throw some veggies or something in there.

The food is good. Really good. Served fast and stylish. Digital menus (QR code scanner with your phone). The wait staff, sadly, is hot and cold. One time I am there the server is amazing. The next time, they could care less if I am there. The last time I visited, the server never even looked at us and acted like he would rather be somewhere else. I get it, dude, but it's your job.
