This establishment has good food, however the lady that is always in the drive through (blonde, long nails , the ghetto lady) is so unprofessional every time. It's so sad you want to patronize however it's people like that the face of an establishment that will put a business out of business. When you have a person as the face of the company , i.e front of the house, drive through ensure they are pleasant and have at least basic customer service skills , there is no telling how much business this location misses all because you have an employee that should be in the back of the house until trained properly.

I’ve been to this place twice and each time I received this. The rest of the wings were so small I disputed the charge on my debit card. For a place that charges roughly $1 a wing, you’ll feel cheated if you go here.

I left the Green Springs Hwy location tonight, 1/24/2022 @ 8:44 PM. I ordered a 4 Whole Wing Combo with Plain Fries and Lemon Passion Drink. I bit into one of the wings and found out that it tasted off and was sour. I tried calling the location on my way home, but no one there to pickup to address my dissatisfaction with my food order that I just paid. $10.44 and can not eat it.VERY ANGRY!!!

They need to get rid of that fat, sloppy cashier with those disgusting looking, thick , different color nails. She is SOOO rude and nasty! I think her name is Shook or Shank. It’s something ridiculous. She doesn’t say a word to you, only the total, and if you thank her she will not respond. So nasty. If I was 50 working at a chicken shack I guess I’d be mad at the world too. The wait is terrible as well. It don’t make no sense to be in line for 40+ minutes for some pigeon wings!! Small assss wings.

Drove 10 miles for my first visit. Got back to my hotel and I was shorted 6 wings on my order and the fries were dry as hell. Not fresh. I tried calling several times and no one would answer the phone. Def won’t be back if I’m ever in town

Today was my first time go to this place....and must say....I'm very disappointed. I didn't mind the wait but once I got home my wings were all wrong. I tried calling to let them but of course VM picked up and of course it was full. I will never go to this place again. Lesson learned!!

Having issues with an order which was refunded thru uber eats but they say it has yo be completed by merchant I can't reach the store to discuss matter
Guy ask me at drive thru to see my feet one night. Next day some nasty looking chick was rude. Week later I was charged 1 wing to put lemon pepper on whole chicken. They definitely need better staffing.

Customer service sucks they take forever just to take your order then one time my food was cold after I waited forever to get it , best thing they have are they juices because I don’t know what type of fish that is they call catfish because that ain’t it !

The food is okay, but I quit going here bc some dude in the drive thru asked me on two separate occasions, weird stuff about if I had "pretty feet". So yeah, I'm not going back. Sent my bf up there last night instead and they said they were closed after taking two orders ahead of ours. No big loss, the wings are tiny. But that foot dude is weird and uncomfortable and I give up on this place (also posted on the WingOut page, which is the same place - this is about the Greensprings location. Never had an issue with Ave V)

Small spot next to gas station, owner is from New Jersey...!! But the food is out of this world....!! Omg, you will lick the plate...!! A must try, we had the shrimp and fish plate with fries and a salad all for $10... prices are reasonable and we also tried their fried rice, my family was in heaven eating in this little store .... a hidden gem in Birmingham Alabama, it's across from Holiday Inn Airport.... a BIG recommend, you will find the staff super friendly..... keep up the good job guys...!!
