Customer service and food is horrible! They charge you damn near a $1 for no ice. The food is bad quality and overpriced! I ordered a 6 piece with Cajun ranch fries and it looks like one of my wings are half eaten and the wings are burnt to hell! After I left the restaurant and checked my order I noticed it and they refused to give me my money or a replacement until I bring the food back and I’m on the other side of town now. The cashier Ara was very rude on the phone. Will not be returning!!! Wing stop and American deli are in the same area and offer better customer service and better quality food for the price. Do not support this horribly ran business!!!

I was hesitant to share my experience because we used to love this place but last night I placed an order for wings and while we were eating I found a piece of BRILLO PAD fried in my wing! I called and asked what could be done, the man told me to either come back last night or sometime this morning with a picture to see the owner and so I came at 10:30 this morning. Staff was rude and the owner was rude he yelled at me asking where the food from the night before was and how I was supposed to bring it back and what I ordered, when that’s not what I was told to do. I brought the photo and the piece of metal like the manager told me. He did give me a refund and was like here you go and was very rude about it. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I paid $14 for this and it was the worst lunch I’ve had in a long time!! The fries were cooked until there was no potatoes left and looked as if they were cooked in fish grease. They don’t give refunds and have attitudes when asked to remake the food since there is a no refund or exchange policy so my money literally went down the drain. I used to come here often but now I will not patronize this restaurant at all because the past few times have all been horrible. Also if the fries were edible the portion size is horrible for $14. The wings tasted as if they were left over from the previous day. Since they don’t offer refunds or remakes 10/10 Don’t recommend!

I am a little disappointed becauseyI never had an issue with my food from here, but on Mondag night 09/23, we ordered a ceasar salad and 2 pc grilled tilapia plate with okra and cajun ranch fries, but when I opened my plate, there was a hair near my fish. My boyfriend took the plate back, so it csn be remade and they refused to make it again or refund us. That definitely is not good customer service.

Wings plus #3 in homewood, Alabama… let me tell y’all something!!!!! When I say everything was AMAZING!!!! My little family of 3 tore this food up! We got the family platter (wings, fries, 2 liter drink, and fish) and loved it. I highly recommend!!!! My 7 year old said he chooses this over wing stop and Burger King ???

I absolutely loved the man who took our order. I went in with a friend, and we were welcomed immediately.The food was good. There were countless laughs and I can't believe I haven't known about this place before now.
