Okay. First off, I have had 2 instances where the staff here have marked my customer pickup orders as ready and I get to the restaurant, and they have not even started on my order. But today is a totally different story! I decided to give Wings R King a second chance and this time was even worse. I get to the restaurant 30 minutes after I place my order and apparently they never even made my order. So I sit there for an additional 15 minutes and I hear 2 of the women gossiping about how they took my order off and never gave the cooks the ticket. How ghetto! Also, another man that was in the restaurant the same time as me had the wrong order and 2 of the workers (a young Hispanic girl and an older Black guy) were arguing and cussing each other out about how she took his order wrong. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. This place seriously needs to be evaluated. The customer service is terrible and there was 1 woman who was just in the kitchen on her phone recording the altercation! Absolutely ghetto. Never coming back. I will choose to not mention the things about the other guys order who they got wrong because that is not my place, but I will say that they tried to reason with him saying that the wrong order was "cheaper"?!??? 1/5

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I ordered chicken from here last night 05/22!!! I HAVE FOOD POISONING. IT WAS VERY UNCOOKED CHICKEN!!!! I have work tomorrow and I had to call and cancel and I've been puking for 8 hrs all because this place DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO COOK CHICKEN!!!!! Do not go here to this wing stop!!!!! I am very very sick and I wish I would have never gone to eat here.

They cook a lot of French fries and keep them under a warmer. The fries are NEVER HOT AND FRESH!!!!

I got the honey hot wings and the Cajun ranch fries. The wings were really good and coated in the honey hot sauce. The fries were okay, they definitely needed a little more ranch and weren't as crispy as I preferred. But, I would go back for the wings.

Wings r king has the best chicken in Alabama. My food is always good and warm and the service there is fantastic. Even both owners are very friendly and nice when you walk in the door. I’d highly recommend it!

This was my first and might be last time ordering here. I paid $25 for door dash only to get my food and my boneless wings were burnt. I took pictures and showed them to some coworkers because I wanted to make sure it wasn't me, they agreed with me a suggested I call but I just want be returning and I will not recommend them.

Ordered and paid for jumbo shrimp got popcorn shrimp but. taste are good.. NOT worth the money..
I ordered through door dash. I ordered a catfish sandwich combo with fries , fried green tomatoes, potato salad and another catfish sandwich. I also ordered cake also but never even received that sadly. When I received my order they actually gave me fried okra instead of the tomatoes, which I didn't eat because I don't eat okra. The catfish sandwich was very mediocre, and the combo came with no bread. It was a very basic meal.

Tried out this new wings place on Lakeshore next to Publix tonight as we needed a quick dinner. Place is pretty new so the seatings and furniture reflect that. Looked through the menu and ordered the 12 piece wings combo (honey hot) for $12.99. My total ended up being $16.50+ and all I got was the combo, so obviously I was a little confused. I asked and they said the prices have gone up.....which I am okay with considering the current environment except then they really should either update their menus or have something (anything) that shows the ACTUAL current prices. As it is, you don't know what you are paying until AFTER you order and it's time to pay.... can't say I am crazy about that. Food was ready in about 10 minutes after we ordered, so pretty efficient. Everything was served hot, so that was nice. We liked the honey hot flavor...exactly as it sounds, slightly spicy and slightly sweet. I will note the wings seem tiny to me....probably less than two quarters in length....I took a picture so you can judge for yourself! So keep that in mind when you order if you decide to eat here.

Wings are pretty dang good. Prices are hard to beat. The cajun ranch fries are ADDICTING!!! I like spicy sauces but my mouth can't handle spicy, so I got the mild with lemon pepper, and it was still a little too spicy for me, but this is still my new fave wing place. Side Note: It's connected to a gas station, and I was a little concerned about my safety in that area, so would recommend getting it delivered if you want them at night.
