My food has been hot & fresh consistently. The employees are nice. I'd love to give 5 stars but they've been out of potato salad for about 2-3 weeks. Just take it off the menu if it's unavailable.

If you’re in the area JUST GO TO FRONT PORCH!! The girl at the front has an awful attitude and poor customer service this place wasn’t always like this I’m not sure what changed but I won’t be back 1/10 wouldnt recommend

This was our favorite spot, my son has been ordering here since they opened. We loved the staff, everyone knows him. The past two weeks I’ve had issues, the customer service is terrible and the wait time is insane. I have asked to talk with management but the new employees claim no one is never there. My son usually eats usually almost every day if I allow it. I’ve driven to Hoover to avoid lakeshore and I live no half a mile down the street. Wings R King, you are loading faithful customers. The two young new girls are bringing down your business.

Food great at this location. 6/6/25 at 8:40PM what makes this location terrible is the Unpleasant African American cashier. First she should have on some type of uniform and second learn how to greet and at least act like She wants to be there.

This is our first time at the location and will be the last will not give my money to a restaurant that doesn’t want To welcome customers

Clean neat organized and great menu and prices

I waited in line for 20 mins with 1 car ahead me. My order was a 12 pc bone in wingette, half plain, half lemon pepper. They had already handed a large bag to the driver in front so why was he just sitting there so long? I didn't see them hand the driver another bag so he pulled off. When I got to the window, they gave me my order, I checked the wings. They looked fine. Got them home, it was another story. My brother said they about taste nothing like lemon pepper. I called up there. The young black girl answered but she put the phone down and got the manager. The manager doesn't speak good english so the black girl told me pretty much that if I wouldn't have tasted the food, yhey would've given me a refund. I told her tasting them was the only way to find out if they were what I ordered. I asked her were they gonna give the wings to another customer bcuz that's nasty. I could've sneezed on them or something. That's a crazy policy and it makes me not trust that the food they serve wasn't another customer's return. My brother wanted wings, so I made the run for him. First visit, last visit, you lost my business.

Its a gamble going here! It's a hit or miss and today was a miss! They are starting to play with our money. I ordered a 2 piece catfish only with a drink. Total was 8.79!!! Damn near 9.00 for THIS! how can you just serve someone this. They have to do better. Unacceptable.

Friggin food is good! I've had the wings and fried fish, all of it was fantastic. They got a really solid slaw dog if your into hotdogs. Great service as well very friendly young ladies at the counter. My only complaint is I wish they had a P.A. system as the way the restaurant is designed its hard to hear when they call out orders. All in all highly recommend this spot. Edit- tried the cheeseburger... So good. SOLID solid cheeseburger!

60cents for a tartar sauce. They only give u 1, even if u order a 4 PC. They fry fish hard unless u tell them not to. They also put their back to the window after taking ur money and facing u only when the order is ready and they are ready to hand it out of the window.

They never miss with the cajun ranch fries and the sauced up tenders. My boyfriend enjoys this place too. I love coming here. I didn't like the fish sandwich or burger but that's just me.
