The store is always disgusting, and they are the slowest “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever been to. You’d think they were slaughtering the chickens themselves, but the wings are very obviously frozen.

I love wingstop in general. I mostly patronize this wingstop because it's closest to where I live. They mostly provide accurate orders and the food is delicious. However, sometimes mistakes are made, and a mistake was made with our order. I brought it to the manager's attention, and she and her customer service were severely lacking. Some items were omitted from our order and she asked for the name and I told her. I also had the order number on hand, but she refused to take it to accept accountability and confirm the mistake. Her attitude was condescending and not representative of the wingstop brand.

The only thing better than These Wings was the service that we received. The crew was incredible in making sure that we had what we needed and their attitude was 100% the best I've been around in a long time. The food was extraordinary. We left highly satisfied!

I frequently visit this location and today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. I ordered my food via Uber Eats for pickup. When we got home, I noticed that we were missing an item. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone wanted to go back and forth about how she made my order and she knew the food was in there. Then when I went in to pick up the missing item she was STILL talking about it. She even had the nerve to tell me to wear a bra next time, insinuating that I didn’t have one on. She was beyond rude and really needs to find a job that doesn’t involve the public if she can’t control her emotions. I’ll be contacting corporate tomorrow and calling to speak to the store manager as well.

Waited an extra 20 minutes just for the order to be wrong. Sauces were wrong and an order of tenders left off. Will not be returning. I love the flavor and the company but this location needs to go.

If I could give yall a zero I would the general manager is extremely rude and she yelled out in front of a lot of customers that’s someone was sick with a congestion virus I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

The girl serving me was very rude and would not let me order until she was clocked in, which fair but she was just standing at the counter so I assumed I could order. Our wait was almost 30 minutes and just so mean. Wingstop is good but not worth this wait and mean service

I don’t know what it is about this particular location, but it seems as though something is wrong at that establishment. Everytime I order something is always missing, or something is wrong. Granted it’s only with the night shift workers…but something has to give.

Amy did an amazing job! She was the cashier and was extremely kind and helpful with everything. I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews, but she did such a great job that I had to. Edgar was also very kind and helpful! Both of them provided excellent service. Thank you again — I’ll definitely be back!
