First time at wing stop and I have to say, I’m glad we tried it out. Joshua was so helpful when it came to navigating the menu. I felt like it took us 10 minutes to decide what to order and he didn’t seem to mind at all, even offering us a sample. Great customer service from this guy. He deserves a raise. Very clean establishment. The food came out hot and timely. Zero complaints. I would recommend.

I order doordash and I order my usual I have never had an issue anytime I went to any other Wingstop until today. I get a 10pc half and half with a side of Parmesan cheese. Since they don’t have that option on DoorDash I called the store to let them know what I wanted mind you I paid for a side of flavor $1.89 the guy that answered the phone had attitude about it so I knew they would not give me the side flavor I wanted. So I told my dasher to make sure they got the right flavor. These people tried to charge me more money for a side of Parmesan cheese like are you serious. This store is horrible customer service sucks and attitudes are nasty I asked for a Side of Flavor which was some plain ole parmesan cheese which I paid $1.89 for just to get this crap and to put the icing on the cake I asked for a sweet tea for my drink and they gave me a root beer and I don't drink soda at all so that's more money I wasted. I will never go back to this store ever again.

James and Jousha are the worst managers in history. I will not go back to this location because of their poor management skills and lack of professionalism. Leonel was one of the most professional managers I have encountered there. Jousha is confrontational with his mouth and attitude and was very rude while taking my order and when I mentioned to him that I am going to leave a review of his behavior he said he didn’t care, and people in that area is always trying to “Get Over”. I am not from the area I am only here visiting my mother at Grandview Medical Center temporarily. WingStop Inverness Corner has over charged me by NOT giving me my full order that I paid for which added extra stress to my day having to deal with Jousha attitude about it. So basically they ripped me off and was paid to do it. Way to go Wingstop I’m sure this is exactly how you make your profits!
Kid-friendliness: Jousha is rude and confrontational I would NOT take my kids inside to witness his unsettling behaviors

Usually a great place to go as i go regularly at least 4-6 times a week but they couldnt find my receipt for the second time doing online ordering i showed proof of payment and order on the website and gmail and it took almost an hour before anybody decided to do anything about i came in at 6:00 nobody decided to make things right until 6:49 the cashiers act clueless and dont care.

I get Wingstop delivered from that location alot. The BBQ bone in wings are the best! My order is always accurate, hot and with perfect amount of sauce. I can't rate the service and atmosphere because I have never been to the location or had any problems.

First off, I don’t understand why there’s so many 1 star. I understand online ordering is easier but I went in and ordered, yes I had to wait but I don’t mind as long as the food is fresh! I work in customer service myself so I know that simply being nice to service workers leads to better experiences. All the staff were very nice, the food was AMAZING!! Had 20 bone-in wings: Garlic Parm, Lemon pepper, and honey hot! I will definitely be back! Also went an hour and a half before closing, the store was very clean. Based off other reviews, I would recommend ordering in store! Remember, kind words go a long way!

Terrible leadership. My boyfriend and I made an online pick up order at 7:14 pm. Online tells us that it will be ready 16-22 minutes. We get to the store 10 minutes later around 7:30 and we’re told it isn’t ready. We wait until 7:50 pm and see people who ordered in the store (after us) get their food. I go up to the counter and ask one of the prep cooks about my order. Our order has been sitting there since 7:29 pm… I call the store to complain and the customer service was terrible. I tell the first person who answers the phone that id like to speak to someone in charge. I then hear her mocking me. The shift leader Selena answers saying “what’s the problem.” She didn’t identify herself at first to let me know who I was even speaking with. Wow, a great way to answer a paying customer! I tell her what the problem is and she tells me to call back later because they are busy. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I could not image speaking to customers. This is not how customers should be treated. If you want this poor level of service, this is your place!

I feel like the served me food that had been sitting out or was reheated at some point. The boneless wings were soggy, and the fries looked and tasted like they had either been cooked in old oil, or dropped several times to “reheat”. Gross!!
