Employees arguing over who would take my order it took 30 mins for my food and when I received it the order was the wrong which took an additional 15 min for a 3pc chicken tender and fruit punch ..... with only 3 customers in the lobby....

I ordered online, when I got home with my order the wings were not done.I had to come all the way back home to Roebuck to bring them back. When I got there I spoke with a manly looking female named Christy that did not want to replace my food then when I asked for my money back she said she has nothing to do with online orders. I will not be coming back to this location never had any issuesat other locations. It's always in the hood and when a poc gets a title they get brand new. With the customer service here I don't see it lasting long

We came to wingstop an hour before closing . We came in and noticed that the people working weren’t too happy to see us walking in. We got our food and ate inside. There were others going in after us and ordering food. Then my family and I saw this Hispanic family walk in at 9:42 pm. It was a man a woman and a young kid probably around 11 years old. All the workers were right behind the cash registers listening to this other worker go on and on about something, they were all being loud and they ignored the family standing there for about a minute. Very unprofessional and really sad to watch. I wasn’t close enough to hear the conversation but I could see the family was confused. I could see the cashier finally was starting to take their order and I just saw him being very dismissive towards them. Around 10 seconds later they left. I don’t know if they didn’t understand him or if the cashier just didn’t want to sell them. I had immediate guilt and I wish I would’ve gotten up and asked them if I could help. My family and I saw them leave looking sad and it was so heartbreaking. We immediately all stopped eating. We were all sad. We were wondering if they were really hungry and we just felt even more awful. By the time we cleaned up and left the family was gone. Definitely won’t be eating here again. I hope the family found some food to eat. They weren’t for the street or anything, they were wearing normal clothes. Please be nice to people. We are all human and no one is better then the other.

Waited for a hour still didn't get served so I ask for a refund and the store manager was the most unprofessional food service employee I have ever delt with I had to call the police to insure a refund I can't believe she was even a person in charge this woman literally walked to the back of the store cussing me out im going to reach out to corporate office the staff has ruined my experience

Worst experience ever. Placed an online order and once I arrived I waited forever. An hour after placing my order I'm still waiting while people who are walking up to the register and ordering are going in and out. District manager was there and he was rude and unprofessional.

This location never fry my wings xtra WELL DONE.. I request it on every order and they failed to do so. I complain to the manager one time and his response where they already fry them within a descent time. But that’s not what I request. I won’t be back for a while. And definitely check your bag for your ranch dressing because they will tell you it’s in there and several time NO!

I was very apprehensive about going here because of the other reviews (even after being told by a co-worker that she would reimburse be if I didn’t like it). The food was pretty decent for wings nothing special the Korean Q wings are really good. The corn is pretty good, the fries are mid. The ranch is A1! I was greeted when I walk in and food was ready and the order was correct. This was my first time eating Wing Stop, I’m sure I may stop by again.
