Then other people was asking you still didnt get your food which means they saw me waiting forever the 10 to 15 minutes was not it

I ordered online from this area last night because it’s closer to me my wings was not mild and my large fry was definitely a small fry it was barely enough fries for me and two toddlers !! I’ve worked at another location so I know how it’s supposed to look I’ve been calling since last night STILL NO ANSWER !! I had 30 pc hot honey / lemon pepper / mild .. did not have mild wings at all

Terrible customer service that has no concept of people’s time. The person at the register took 5 mins with each customer’s order because he kept making jokes and laughing to himself, seemingly high. They will mess up your order and then make you stand and wait for an hour to get it fixed with no reconciliation. The customers in there are scary.

I'm not sure how you can mess up chicken wings that bad but it was gross. From some weirdly odd small sized "wings" to a weird "fake butter taste", everything was strangely disappointing. I'm not sure what they are doing to their ingredients, but it was off....very off. Nasty I would say. Unlike anywhere else. We almost took them back but instead just chalked it up to learning a lesson to stay away from this place.
Fairly new wing stop, ordered in store and didn’t have to wait long for our order to arrive. Pretty average sized wings, compared to other wing stops, flavors are pretty typical.

We were so excited to stop at this wingstop because we were in the area but once we went in no one acknowledged that we were there. They looked at us while eating fries and talking on their phones. We waited about 10 minutes then left and went somewhere else… very disappointing. Someone needs to manage better.

I'm a doordasher snd there is a certain male employee who is a jerk to me every time I pick up an order from this location. I am not rude but he always has a smart alec comment to make towards me. I never hear him do this to other food delivery people who are waiting. I don't know his name but if I did I'd blast it on here. I refuse to ever pick up another doordash order here.

I ordered mixed wings and they gave me all drums. Flats are my favorite so I am annoyed. The food was cold and it took forever to get our food even though we ordered it in advance.
