Despite having only been open for 10 minutes, the bathrooms looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in a week, in addition to not being stocked with basics like toilet paper and paper towels. When my daughter went to let someone know, they actually loaded her up with rolls and sent her back with them, while they sat behind the counter on their phone.Also, any place that actively invites families with children, should have changing tables in their bathrooms.

Really cold, tasteless soup. Fudge thing coughed up its guts. Pretty weird. $12.90 for the mess in the picture. I'm no yogurt professional, but the risk of listeria seems high. Threw the cup of diarrhea away 30 seconds into considering my life mistakes that led me here.

This place is absolutely repulsive. I walked in with a friend’s daughter a couple of days ago and the place smelled like raw sewage. If that wasn’t enough to make us leave, I’m pretty sure the toppings weren’t kept at the proper temperature. The tiles in the floor are coming up. Everything in this store looks super run down. There was not a single employee in sight, so I’m certain we could have stolen if we wanted to. When the girl finally walked in, she was taken to a table by what I am assuming was a manager. They both looked extremely unhappy and like they were in a very serious conversation, which appeared to be the girl getting disciplined about something. This should have happened behind a closed door- not in front of guests. If you want frozen yogurt, pick anywhere but this place.

This place needs to be shut down. It’s ridiculous how nasty it is! As soon as you walk in the door a foul smell hits you. The ice cream machines are filthy. The topping island is FILTHY! The tables and chairs are gross. The people who work there are just standing around. They can have water and sanitizer in the back. The health Department needs to come in no way they’ve seen this!

We went in today and honestly, I was embarrassed that something looked like this in our city. It smelt like a dirty diaper, not one table was clean, ice cream everywhere and toppings all over the floor with half the handles of the machines broken. It was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. Not to mention the 2 employees sat on top of the counter the entire time and did not look up from their phones except to ask for a tip at check out.

Well went in hoping for party of three to get something but after we tried about 4 machines and they had no yogurt in them. Some of the outside tables was broken. So couldn't taste food to know if good or bad since they was out of flavors we wanted.

The yogurt was very good! The two grandmothers took two of our granddaughters out for a fun afternoon! We will be going back soon! The staff was great!

Just remove the option to tip from the card reader and pay your staff more. There is no service performed here that warrants a tip.

Great you guys complain about "oh there's not enough yogurt options and only ice cream" go buy it from the store its a small business its not going to have 83 different flavors of yogurt go cry about it people can't get a huge amount of different yogurt's so just eat ice cream and mix it together they're the same thin just eat it

I love yogurt mountain. It's hard to go wrong with frozen yogurt and any toppings you can think of. They charge by weight so careful not to over do it because it can get expensive. The server was very friendly however the manager there (either the manager or district manager) seemed to be in a bad mood and was taking it out on the staff. Otherwise the experience was nice and the waitress that assisted us was doing a fantastic job running the place basically by herself.
