This review is long overdue. Yum Yai serves the best Thai food in Birmingham. As a Thai native, I can vouch that they're incredibly creative with their dishes while preserving authentic flavors. I love their Esan sausages as an appetizer and usually order papaya salad with fried chicken. My husband loves their Khao Soi. Their coconut cake is delicious, too. If you want to experience authentic Thai food, please try Yum Yai!

The Pad Thai wings and the mocktails were really excellent here. The service was warm and kind. I had crispy pork with rice and my wife had duck noodles. Both well balanced and scrumptious.

Insanely tasty authentic food, chill vibes and really nice space and atmosphere. Great for a romantic date night spot too. I live in Chattanooga and wish this place was there. I will dine here every time I return to Bham for work. Servers super friendly and want to tell you about their innovative menu and recipes and dishes to try. I had the PAD BAI HO RA PHA and, y’all.
