The worst Zaxby’s in the city by far. Food is almost never cooked right. Order double fries with 6 tenders and I get 13 fries literally. Sauces are always just enough to cover the bottom of the container like 1/5 filled. Every single time. I’d rather make the extra 15 minute drive to a different Zaxby’s.

The drive through worker was pushy. The lettuce was brown and didnt come with the packs of dressing. My order of fries large but old and cold tasted re-fried. As in be cooked and used grease instead of fresh fries. I couldn’t comeback because my lunch break was over.

terrible!!!! you order a four piece get home and it’s pizza , & when you do check the food it’s always dry or hard
I happened to notice 2 roaches in the left dinning area and they appeared to have eggs sacks. I couldn't tell you if they were dead or alive.

I barely have any salad for it to be $10 a piece, barely any meat, and my toast was missing on both salads. I ordered 2 house salads, one with extra chicken, 2 Hi-C, and 3 cookies. Cucumbers taste like chemicals, and My forks were wet even through the plastic. I spent $31 and I want a refund. I have been eating Zaxbys over 10 years and this is the first time anything like this has happened and I’m discouraged. I don’t know if this was because it was close to closing time but I won’t be eating here again.

Is it a requirement for people that work the drive-thru to be talk over people that are trying to place an order? Without fail every single time I come to this specific location The person that works the drive-thru cannot seem to grasp the concept that in order for someone to make an order they need to be quiet and listen. And it is every single one that gets assigned to work the drive-thru. I'm convinced there's a sign above the window that says to make sure that they are talking over the customer and to get pissy when the customer has to repeat themselves
Food was good but the service from the assistant manager Rayshon Hawkins working drive thru was so unacceptable. I was in the middle of saying my order when he interrupted me and yelled at me to pull around. I told him I wasn't done with my order and then he just went quiet. I said hello and he told me I needed to hold on. Mind you there was literally only 1 other person in front of me. After 5 minutes he told me start over with my order and I did then pulled up. He was just as rude at the window. He was also talking to the other cars behind me very rudely too when taking their orders. I hope he was just having a bad day and that's why he was acting the way he was, but if this is how he acts all the time then he definitely needs to be replaced and work somewhere that interacting with people isn't required. If he keeps acting the way he does he's definitely gonna get spit on
