Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I barely have any salad for it to be $10 a piece, barely any meat, and my toast was missing on both salads. I ordered 2 house salads, one with extra chicken, 2 Hi-C, and 3 cookies. Cucumbers taste like chemicals, and My forks were wet even through the plastic. I spent $31 and I want a refund. I have been eating Zaxbys over 10 years and this is the first time anything like this has happened and I’m discouraged. I don’t know if this was because it was close to closing time but I won’t be eating here again.

Is it a requirement for people that work the drive-thru to be talk over people that are trying to place an order? Without fail every single time I come to this specific location The person that works the drive-thru cannot seem to grasp the concept that in order for someone to make an order they need to be quiet and listen. And it is every single one that gets assigned to work the drive-thru. I'm convinced there's a sign above the window that says to make sure that they are talking over the customer and to get pissy when the customer has to repeat themselves

Food was good but the service from the assistant manager Rayshon Hawkins working drive thru was so unacceptable. I was in the middle of saying my order when he interrupted me and yelled at me to pull around. I told him I wasn't done with my order and then he just went quiet. I said hello and he told me I needed to hold on. Mind you there was literally only 1 other person in front of me. After 5 minutes he told me start over with my order and I did then pulled up. He was just as rude at the window. He was also talking to the other cars behind me very rudely too when taking their orders. I hope he was just having a bad day and that's why he was acting the way he was, but if this is how he acts all the time then he definitely needs to be replaced and work somewhere that interacting with people isn't required. If he keeps acting the way he does he's definitely gonna get spit on

The food was very hot and fresh like I like it! The sweet tea was okay, but overall everything was great!

Food is horrible and the workers are mean. I remeber when zaxbys use to be so good i would go 3-6 times a week. Not any more i will not eat from this location again

This Zaxbys is always insanely fast at getting my order out to me. Food is tasty, service is kindly, and thats all you really need for a good spot. Consistent too.

Do not order a blue salad, expecting just a blue cheese salad. No, it will also have buffalo sauce on it. Who in the hell eats buffalo sauce on a salad? Disgusting as it was, i gave 2 stars because i failed to read in the description buffalo sauce. Fried cheesecake bites are good, ending on a high note.

I love Zaxby's and even though different locations do things differently most of the service at all of them is consistent. I like the points app and the food is pretty good it's just not seasoning the way that I like normally so I always ask for extra seasoning and they always forget and usually when I tell them extra seasoning on the fries they always put no seasoning at all and this is it almost every single one that I go to. Love the cheddar bites and handcrafted strawberry lemonade though! I hate the fact that their prices keep increasing though and it's the same portion of food but sometimes it's a pretty good portion depending on what you get

I have literally given this location dozens of chances to get their act together, and each and EVERY time I prove myself foolish.
I love Zaxbys food, but this location is atrocious. If it's not the unbelievably poor attitudes exhibited by the entire staff(top to bottom!), it's their inherent inability to EVER get even the simplest order, accurate. It is truly unreal how they have zero clue. Zaxbys on the whole, 5 stars. This location, if it was the only experience someone had with this company, would likely lead them to never coming back.

I always get over here about an hour before close and they’re “out” of half the menu, it’s also a veryyy rare occasion that I actually get decent service usually a crap attitude. Don’t get me wrong a I know food service industry sucks but I try to be a nice and pleasant person to food service workers and always get treated like crap. They also had the dinning room doors lock again an hour before close. This place just sucks lol. Oh also can’t forgot the MASSIVE pot holes surrounding the drive thru area
