Incomplete order. Additional sauces that we were paid for in addition to the order was not provided and obviously counting is a problem there. The boneless wings and things plate was short 2 wings and 1 tender.

Don’t ever answer the phone. Tried to call bc my order was short. My kids order was wrong only gave them 8 fries each. My kids mealS did Not even get their cookie or rice krispy treat.

This is one of my favorite restaurants . My food was cooked perfectly and served hot. I really like the soda dispersal. I can get my Diet Dr Pepper with a variety of additional flavors.

At the drive thru today I received the 3 piece snack for 10.00 even.[very highly priced IMHO]
I have not been so completely disappointed in a very long time. The grease is all I could taste or smell and I am still having that experience several hours later.
What an absolute waate.

Good food, but had to wait 8 minutes to get the 20-piece bucket of wings. The guy at the checkout turned away from the window to read the order for confirmation. I could not hear what he was saying and had to make him repeat it several times before he finally spoke in a voice I could hear.

Have eaten here several times before and was very pleased. My last visit was nothing like the others. The dining area was trashed, dirty floors littered with used napkins needed sweeping and mopping and no clean table or booth.I ordered the shrimp meal (I guess I should have stayed with chicken). Shrimp was small and the seasoned batter (not breading) left a lot to be desired. The service was prompt, but the meal appeared tossed on the plate.I realize it’s fast food. But, this trip was missing something.Staff was friendly enough, but someone should have left the counter and cleaned the dining area for about 15 minutes. I was the only person dining in the entire time I was there and only two cars came through the drive through.This location needs a good bit of work to get back into what it used to be.
