I ordered the banana pudding shake, and the chocolate cookie shakes. The cups were half full. I asked the cashier why they were half full, and she told me the were almost out of ice cream and if she put any more milk in them they would be soupy, and stood there and looked at me. I will never visit this location again. I also emailed the company and no response from them either.
Stopped here for the first and last time for lunch today. As we were sitting waiting on our food at our table ants began crawling on our napkins and drinks. I went to tell a manager, got tired of waiting for one so I told the cashier. She and someone else came out after a little while and said they saw them then moved the booths back where they were and went back to their jobs. No one did anything other than wipe the table with a plain napkin. I understand they can't control ants...read full review
I ordered the house salad grilled to go - when I got home and started eating I saw that the chicken was hard and burned on one side - I pulled off those parts but I couldn't eat much - will not go back to this location
