All the exterior lights, signage, and parking lot lights were off. If I hadn't ordered online I would have thought they were closed. Missing all sauces exen the extra ones I paid for.

Quality location
Went to zaxbys today and the lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and messed up our order. We ordered two wings and things one boneless one traditional one large one regular. She rang us up for a wing meal and a wings and thing both large

THIS LOCATION IS NOT AUTISTIC FRIENDLY!! My father went in to order food on June 21 around 1 or 2 with my son and the cashier looked at my son rudely and said he was making too much noise and if he could stop!! A 12 yrs old AUTISTIC child. Leaving a comment to let PARENTS OF AUTISTIC/SPECIAL NEEDS children know because NOBODY should be embarrassed or made feel less than for having a SPECIAL NEEDS child.

The food was cooked fresh and tasted great.
This place is a joke. I gave this place a second change a few months back and thought things were finally improving, but I guess they couldn’t hold onto their new management because it changed again and it’s right back to being a huge ghetto disappointment. The attitudes, the wait times, but worst of all, the management. Just go to Popeyes instead.
Cold food, gives you wrong condiments or no condiments.
Wings were hard chicken fingers were only thing hot in whole meal.
