Everything is good! Love their Zensation salad when available. Chicken tenders and boneless wings are fresh and tasty. Service staff is always polite and friendly.Vegetarian options: Could probably order salads without meat.Kid-friendliness: Family dining place.

Went today for lunch. There was an extremely long line in the drive thru so I went inside. I stood at the counter for over 10mins and was never greeted or acknowledged at all. I was walked by as if I was invisible. There were several people working, but no one was working the front register. One of the girls kept yelling for someone name Kia or Kira I can’t remember, to come out, but no one ever did. I did see a girl come behind the counter drying off her hands, but she never came to the register to take my order. Not sure if she was the girl they were yelling for or not. There was only one young man cooking. Everyone else was just yelling and getting orders ready for the drive thru. There was a lot of moving , but no acting. I don’t eat Zaxby’s because they always have a bunch of kids working with no type of professionalism or customer service training. I only went because my son got a gift certificate for Christmas and wanted to use it. I left and went to Chick-fil-A. Not only was I greeted, but my food was hot, the order was correct, and it took less time to get it than the time it took standing in line at Zaxby’s for NOTHING. Not sure what the pay is for this job, but maybe if you increase the pay you can afford a better quality of workers. I wish the person that got my son the gift card could get their money back, because I definitely won’t be back.

The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked and on the smaller side. Fries were not crispy at all however, the order was accurate and the beverages were amazing.

The fried white cheddar bites are not worth it!!! Save your money!!!!!!! They only gave me 7 pieces and it cost 5 dollars. Fast food places are starting to skip on customers. Definitely reporting this to corporate. It’s absurd.

I have had problems with my weekly Cobb Salad not having everything on it for the past couple of months but today I had the pleasure of a lovely professional young lady named Amari who prepared the best salad I have ever had at Zaxby's. Not only did she make sure it was complete but was so friendly and accommodating. A plus in today's time.

We received pleasant drive thru service. I was exhausted from a long trip and decided to grab some Zaxby's for dinner.I ordered 4 piece meal ; which is a combo. I hate the way the menu has been rearranged. Seems it's designed to make you have to spend more money. Sigh My food was fresh ; however the chicken was so tiny. Not many fries , bread and slaw oh and a drink I didn't want. (No pics)I believe I spent over $10. Too much in my opinion for what I received. I have just grown totally weary of Zaxbys over the years. They disappoint more often than not. This location is tucked behind the car wash and newly relocated Starbucks. They definitely need to fix their parking lot right as you enter.
