My 1st experience with this chain, got the chicken finger tacos. Pretty good actually , the dining experience is a little better than your normal fast food as the Booths are private.

Woooow! I really wish I could rate this store negative stars. The drive thru is always slow but the customer service is typically fair. Tonight, on the other hand, was different. The service was horrible, slow, and the employees were not attentive. They were rude and lazy. It was no one in the drive thur and it still took a while to receive my order after I was told to come on the inside to pick up an online order. The girl said it wasn't ready come inside when I pulled to the window another girl said it is ready she don't know she works drive thru its on the shelf come get it. I informed them i had been waiting two hours prior on doordash, and another 30 minutes picking it up myself I'm not coming in especially if it's not ready. A third girl asked me to pull up or park so she could get the person who had just pulled behind me. I told her no ma'am I've been waiting 30 mins for an online order that was placed and paid for. She said you are the 4th person coming to get this order, I told her I know, its my order. They still didnt seem to care. Just not attentive and lazy. The second young lady finally gathers my things and aggressively hands it out the window. I really wish they would start hiring people who really care and want to do their jobs it would make the service, atmosphere, and overall restaurant experience a whole lot better.

Let me tell you about Ms. Aaliyah !!!! She’s the most professional smartest young lady ever, her professionalism is top notch, she work the drive thru so so good thank you for being so great at a young age!!! Keep it up..

July 31, 2025 update
I went to this location and was given raw fries. It was the afternoon and I was the only vehicle in line and went straight through. How does a cook make raw fries and there's zero rush??? It's not like getting old hard food when it's near closing. This was afternoon with basically no customers so how is someone so rushed that they cook cook for the timeframe needed for them to be done? Ridiculous! I'll go down the hill to Guthrie's. Always been my experience that they cook their food.

After debating with myself over 3 possible places to stop I finally went to Zaxby's. The girl taking my order offered and I accepted to make it large. Usually I get no drink. I got home and grabbed the drink to pull it out of the cupholder and it basically exploded everywhere. Whoever made the decision to use flimsy Styrofoam cups should be fired immediately! I absolutely regret not stopping at Wendy's. At least I can carry their drinks.

I sat with no one in the drive through waiting for them to take my order for 5 minutes then she said give me one moment and it took another 10 minutes to take my order then I was at the window for about 10 minutes waiting for my food it’s supposed to be fast food then when I got the food it wasn’t good at all
