Consistently waiting 20+ minutes in the drive through. Get the wrong order all the time. They certainly need more employees, or just better ones. Management must be awful

We waited as the only people in line for quite a while , there was one person doing al the work. When the other employees finally came in, they reeked off weed. When we ordered our sandwich plain, it showed up not plain. Every employee except one said they were not remaking it. They were very rude and laughing about it. The one employee finally got it done. I won't go there again.

This place is fast paced and perfect in my opinion. I had never really complained for my order because everyone here is understanding. I love the crew they are so sweet and patient.

If I want to hear religious music I'll go to church or listen to it in my own home. Not everyone is a southern Baptist though I realize this is Alabamastan the place that shoves religion in your face while taxing groceries, refusing to expand Medicaid for the poor and a 7.25 an hour min wage.

Against my better judgement (due to terrible past experiences), I visited this Zaxby's drive thru (my son like their food & begged). Usually my main complaint is the long line & wait, but on this particular day there wasn't a long line, just a couple of cars ahead of me & I drove right up to order. First issue was I ordered traditional wings & things & cheddar bites, but after receiving my total & doing a quick calculation in my head, I realized they rang me up for boneless wings & things. I informed the young lady at the window & she corrected my order. After making my transaction, I was informed that the cheddar bites are cooked to order & I was asked to pull in a parking space. I did just that. My son & I waited several minutes & I realized that I was clearly waiting on something other that cheddar bites. After bout 20 min, I decided I wanted to go inside & request a refund. I went in & was immediately met with the question " what's the problem with your food". I explained that I had not gotten my food & that was the problem; I requested a refund. The cashier asked if I had the wings & things & she explained that it was ready. I told her I was ready to go & just wanted my refund. The cashier called out to someone in the back to say the W&T order was cancelled & that I wanted a refund. A lady in the back seemed frustrated & said to just give me the food anyway, I declined (NOTE: POSTED HEALTH DEPT. SCORE WAS A 79). The cashier again called out to the back informing that she needed to do a refund & a lady threw her badge from the back to the front & the cashier picked it up & attempted to process my refund. The cashier repeatedly swiped the badge, but it was obviously not giving her the results she was after. After several more swipes she starting entering my order to process the refund. She told me to insert my card in the machine & it seemed off to me when the machine said "approved", but after the cashier slowly reviewed the receipt, I realized she had charged me again, instead of processing a refund & she realized the same. She was frustrated & ended up giving me a cash refund for both transactions. I left & proceeded to try to find something else for dinner. I sent a message to Zaxby's via their website, but haven't heard anything back. When I sent a message years ago about their poor service, I never heard back, so this time I decided to post a review as well, so others will be warned.

Waited in drive thru for 20 mins. I would have drove off but my kids really wanted zaxbys. I always check my food 1st but this time I was just in a rush to get out of there. Drive 30 mins home only to see half my order was missing! Needles to say I will not be going back!! Very disappointed!!
Food was good service little lackluster so bomb was sitting in the lobby being a bomb.

I love the chicken but stop lying . Birds don't have fingers. Eat their chicken but don't ever ask them for accurate poultry anatomy lessons.

By far the worst experience we’ve had here. The girl working the drive thru wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Then we drove to the window and she looked at me and turned her back toward me. 5 minutes later she said “yeah”…. Then she proceeds to say they had no drinks besides sweet tea and lemonade and didn’t give me sauce for our fried pickles or any in our nibble meal. She said a total of about 5 words and just smacked her gum.

I came though the DT @3:03PM 10/25/24. I ordered a four finger plate with a large tea. When we left and drove 20min home when I notice I received 3 tenders. Very messed up for me because it was a meal for my sick daughter . But what really made me leave the review was the carelessness to apologize to the customer for their mistake on top of that ask "are you going to drive back for the one tender today. I said no because the three tenders I did get would have been cold.and the drive back for one tender is insane for me for a 20 min drive. It may not be the lady fault who answered the phone. But it showes in the employees that management did not train their staff to be more professional and and have a undertone I don't care attitude when someone spent their money and did not receive all items did not seem to care honestly. But I want be back for the tender. You live and you learn that some fast food company's need to be retrained. Wish I could give 0 stars.
