We had an impromptu family reunion of 16 people and the staff was friendly, patient, and very accommodating. Oh yeah, the food was great too!
I’m a big fan of Zoe’s Kitchen. I have always loved their delicious feta cheese-rich pasta salad. However, I had lunch there yesterday and and the pasta salad tasted drastically different and was nearly tasteless. It was incredibly bland! What a disappointment. I’m hoping I just caught them on a bad day but I fear they have changed the recipe. Things have changed there since they were bought by a conglomerate years ago. I’m gonna try again, but come on! Don’t change what works!
Zoe’s is not the same. Confusing menu changes, not for the better. Used to be able to get an item with a small amount of salad, hummus and pita, and a side. No more fruit salad. All al a carte. $$$. Waited 40 minutes for a takeout order which was cold when I got home. Hummus had no flavor, won’t be back. Sad.
I've been a big supporter of Zoe's for years but this location has gone way down hill. My sinple orders are never ready when I arrive and they usually have not even been started. The employees are indifferent to the situation. I will stick to the downtown or Crestline locations from now on.
The Mediterranean food is always fresh. Classic hummus is fantastic. Highly suggest the chicken rollsups. .
Terrible service. This place has gone downhill. Placed an online order to be picked up at noon. Got there and called for curbside and it would not let us even dial “4” to speak with someone. Went inside and didn’t realize the didn’t open until noon (hand written sign in the door). Went inside (12:20pm) and waited for 5 to 10 minutes until any employee acknowledged me. Then was told me food I placed an order wasn’t ready and she was getting it together. 20 minutes later finally have the food but there is a line with no one out front and no one answering the phones. Not the servers fault. Looks like they need more people.
I attempted to order a delivery for Saturday night at 5:15. After 30 minutes without any update I reached out to Zoe’s and had no answer. I finally heard from DoorDash the location was currently closed and that they could not receive the catering order when they arrived to pick up the order. I received no notice prior from Zoe’s that they could not fulfill the order as I had paid for online. It was a very poor experience and I will not be using them again.
Overall very bad experience. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food (there were no people before us). The food was very small portioned, not flavorful, and cold. We were so hungry after our meal. I went back to order chocolate cake and when I opened the container, it was covered in mold! We showed the cashier and she just handed us another slice of cake, which had even more mold on it. They also did not know how to give us a refund....
I am a big fan of Zoe’s (not this location) but I ordered the salmon kabobs from this location today and it is pathetic. 3 small pieces of salmon and 3 pieces of zucchini that filled up half a skewer. I order this same thing all the time and have NEVER been so disappointed with my food from Zoe’s. This is absolutely unacceptable. Worst Zoe’s experience ever. Go to literally any other one.
Falafel wrap and a side of pasta salad was really good. The hibiscus green tea is super. The lady at the register was not helpful. She asked about my sauce choice. I told her I was ordering for a friend and asked if she had a sauce recommendation for the steak wrap. Her response, "Whichever one you like." No clue mam, it was only my second time dining at Zoe's. I looked over at the menu and asked if the sauce choices were on it. Her response, "On back." I picked one and it was a bad choice. I ordered two drinks. I received one cup and was about to ask for the second when she looked at me like it caused her physical pain and she said, "Do you need something else?" Okay mam, you make a lady want to come across the counter. It was a nice day to eat outside.

I really love the food here but lately they have been forgetting either my rice or salad. I went in on Monday evening because I hadn't had it in a while and when I got home to eat my rice wasn't cooked. Initially I thought a piece of the stick from my kabobs had in my food but no the rice was not done. I didn't even call back ?. I was a big disappointment.
I had 2 half sandwiches, grilled potato salad and a side Greek salad. Everything was good nothing was really great. I plan to go back and try the lamb pita.
The service was great and the food was fantastic! We enjoyed a nice lunch on the patio!!
It has changed over the years, but haven’t we all?
I'm really very disappointed to start on Sunday, June 13, I called to place an order, they left me waiting for more than 10 minutes on the phone and they never answered my call again. a maximum of 15 people ok I made my order of some piadines and 2 chicken soups which was more disappointing because the cheese that I remembered was no longer the one they gave me the soup had no flavor it was something very sad for me and me family
