I made my last trip to the Boaz Captain D’s. The food is usually good, but unless the manager or employees start doing a better job of managing the drive-thru, this location will be closing down. I waited 20 minutes this afternoon to give my order. I said “Hello” a couple of times to make sure they knew cars were in line. After sitting in the drive-thru line for a total of 25 minutes, I pulled out of the line without giving my order. I pulled around and went inside....read full review
Manager is a joke! Hateful and rude! When asking for her name and information all she kept repeating was you can call corporate. And that her name was on the door. I was persistent and she finally gave me the phone number of her boss. But never did tell me her name! Which just happens to be Sonya! I called the number and talked to her boss which was apologizing but really didn’t seem very genuine! Just very upset by the disrespectful attitude of someone in a management position!
Was there on a Saturday morning they open at 1030 it was 1042 I pulled around to the window to order to find all three employees not working but sitting outside clearly could see me I drove up to the window nobody inside. So I park and try to go in and the lock was still on the door keep in mind that it was 15 minutes after they are supposed to be open I drive back around to find them still sitting outside and drove off
