For starters, its a nice little hole in the wall (where good BBQ calls home). They have 2 drive-thru windows and some benches for outside seating if that's your preference. I ordered 2 Rib plates, both with Baked Beans and Potato Salad. The ribs were perfect. Seasoning was great, it wasn't fall off the bone but wasn't so tough that you'd have to knaw on the bone, more along the lines of bite, twist, and toss the bone. Take out only (drive thru) but absolutely delicious BBQ. Each day is usually a different special. The beans have burnt ends in them, the potato salad has sour cream and cheese in it and the cole slaw is vinegar based. You can also get baked potatoes and nachos with pulled pork. You cant go wrong at Dale's
I came here around early June I believe, and we waited our hunger arriving in Boaz and we were looking around wanting to have some food considered local. So bbq was an option and it was close by where we were. At first we didn’t know what Dales was but once seeing up close, it seemed to be a reasonable place.
