Order was to go, deluxe chicken sandwich was literally just chicken & bun, the other deluxe was dripping in sauce as soon as you pick it up and the bottom of container was soaked in sauce and no napkins of course and the fries were ice cold, mind you I only drove 1/2 mile up the road to appointment so fries should not have been that cold !!! McDonald’s: DO BETTER PLEASE !!!!!

Food was good but somebody needs to fire the tea maker in the McDonald’s in Boaz in Alabama. The past few months it’s gone down hill but I got some sweet tea today and it was nothing but straight water. They use to have the best tea in town now I’m so disappointed.

We had eaten in on first trip. Food was good service was quick. Return trip from doctor came in to make a to go order also service was quick. Was charge $.70 for large to go during that wasn't asked for regular size that came with meal would have been fine.
If I could give 5 negative stars I would. Came through this morning at 415. The young lady at the window was very rude and in my opinion should be cleaning bathrooms and not dealing with the public My food was horrible! Could have broken a window with how hard my biscuit was. 1 piece of bacon broken in half and done so well done it shattered. Been here a couple times once for lunch which was cold and hamburger bun old as can be and one other time for dinner.... Same disaster. This location should be shut down! Managers don't seem to care what the place looks like, good quality (can't have over head on food or you won't get your bonus-so give customers the old food) And no one seems to care about how rude the staff is. Go elsewhere
