Your typical waffle house. Cleaner than most. Was a busy Sunday when we went there. Service was good, we were happy with the overall experience.

It took too long to be acknowledged (13 minutes) then, when we were acknowledged, we were told it would be a few minutes. The server had one other table, and they were not busy at all. Food was ok. Eggs were good.

Terrible experience !! Did the inspector even do their job?!!!!! because I came here last time and saw a small spider on my food !! I didn’t wanna say anything we did not want to make such a big fuss we just left and while leaving we also saw a roach?!!! came twice after a while and again saw another spider if our food was ready it would’ve landed on my food or my head for real the food is so great but cmon clean the place please !!

I had a terrible experience at this Waffle House. The staff were unbelievably loud, constantly yelling back and forth across the restaurant like they were having a private conversation in a public space. One employee even stood there eating in front of customers—not exactly professional. The food was just as disappointing. My friend’s waffle was overcooked and burnt to the point she didn’t even bother eating it. The bacon was so salty it was inedible. But honestly, the worst part was the noise. It felt like they were screaming right at our table. We couldn’t enjoy our meal at all. I’ll never return to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the Waffle House in Albertville—much better experience there.
Get these colorful hair ppl out of here slow ass cookers and servers they just talk and talk it never was like this about 1 month ago idk what happen to the old ones gotta be honest
