White cheddar cheese bites are awesome and the grilled chicken sandwich is as well. This location is a hit or miss when it comes to drive thru wait times. Some are longer than others but I always think if it’s packed, that means it’s good lol
I’ve eat at a bunch of Zaxby’s, but this one in Boaz is exceptional. We visit Sunday around 12. Parking lot was packed. Almost decided to not go, but definitely glad we stayed. Service was absolutely the best and fast. Food was fresh and hot. My wife got the new lemon pepper boneless wings. Says it wasn’t just some imitation flavor, says it was actually really lemon. Our meals to go were exceptional. Nothing needed. Had napkins sauces forks. Everything the way it should...
Made a mobile order, it said it would be ready in 11 minutes. I showed up a few minutes early to pick it up in the drive-thru. My warm food was cold and my cold food was slightly warm, as it was all in the same bag.
Since it was a small order my assumption is they made it prior to when it said it was going to be ready, and they let it sit there until I came through.
Would not recommend doing a mobile order unless you're going to sit inside...
