Closed down they are selling it. But gen creek is right up the road from there and it is just as good. It's sad to see it go I've watched it open for year seeing the smiles on the people as they come and go. Watching the shocked looks of the first timers leave. Knowing the ones running the place are great and nice people. Who really care about the guest. Will all ways look at the place and said you will wish you tried it.
We stopped here on our way back from the beach. Amazing country cooking, great service, great atmosphere. Brought me back to my roots. The fried okra was amazing!!!! Got the chicken nuggets and the homemade ranch was 10/10. Will be stopping here every time I go to/from the beach.
Beautiful restaurant with friendly service and excellent food. I had the chicken and dumplings, green bean casserole, and banana pudding. The flavor of the food is awesome. We will definitely return to try other menu items. Be sure to join their Facebook group to see the menu for the day. They are only open Saturday and Sundays now, but may open for lunch at a later date. Be sure to check out this new restaurant!
