I applied for a job. Was given an interview time, date and location. Was texted #3 times & emailed #3 times confirmation on the interview. Showed up on time and waited, only to be told there was NO interview and they had NO positions available at this time. There were 2 jobs available on the website thou. Afterwards, another woman proceeded to walk from the back, without any uniform on & proceeded to tell the other girl that she HAD to give me the interview bc they'd be in trouble but that I still would NOT be hired. Needless to say, very very unprofessional

This is the worst arbys I've ever been to. Every time I come here after 8:00 they say they're out of everything. Tonight I came in at 9:14 p.m. and they said they were out of roast beef, if they are really out of roast beef then there needs to be a management change. My Guess is this the employees Ihave already done all their closing tasks and are being lazy

Drive thru is a joke. Messed up our order and gave it to another car Then had no idea what we ordered. Had to go in twice to ask about our order. 20 mins later we finally got our food Everyone had a major issue like we were the problem they screwed up. Window person had a major attitude
