Me and my wife stop here while in Brewton. It’s a very well kept eatery. The manager is very nice and always remembers us which is interesting since they see so many different faces every day. The service is fast and they are very friendly. The bathrooms are well maintained and if you have read my reviews a. clean bathroom is taken into consideration for the review. I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures but I will add them at a later date. Stop in and say hi! The fish sandwich is good and don’t forget the Cherry turnovers! They’re good but hot!

A manager almost knocked me down coming from the kitchen. I was coming out of the restroom. Something needs to be done about that.!!!SOON !!!

Arby's sandwich used to have a lot of meat on them. But they changed like everyone else. Always tweaking a good product. Now u have to ask for Xtra meat ?. Why change what's already good. Don't change to fit the times. A good product speaks for itself. The ppl will come.

I'd love to leave a good review, but the Brewton restaurant didn't give me a chance. A week ago I went at 11:15 and the doors were still locked, but the drive-thru was open. They didn't have any buns. Lat night no burgers or roast beef at 6:00 pm.

Absolutely horrific customer service. The individual (Tasha) that responded at the drive through after I order online for pick-up asap told me that I "just order, leave...come back when it says your order will be ready" keep in mind I arrived at 4:27 as the only person in the drive thru with the lobby closed and my order said it would be ready at 4:29. I pulled around to the window because she refused to speak to me and then just pointed at me to leave. Horribly rude and it makes me afraid to consume my food because of the anxiety that it could have been tampered with. The person was so incredibly unprofessional and I am extremely dissatisfied.

My first time eating at this location. After work drive thru was full. The lady on the speaker asked me to hold and was so professional and pleasant. She took my order and when I got to the window she thanked me for my patience…. (It didn’t take long at all compared to other drive thrus) she was so sweet but what got me was as she was closing the window and I was pulling off I heard her tell her team GOOD JOB EVERYONE! I was ?. There needs to be more leaders like her especially in the fast food industry. I hope this branch recognizes the leader they have in her. The name on my receipt was Lauren or Laura I’d like to say great job to her ???
