This place is just gross and I will not return again. Ever washed your hands in a bathroom sink and felt like you needed to wash your hands again. It is just filthy inside this place. The employees did not care and it shows. They were not busy and the place was just trashed.

A good location and surrounding area have other choices for any pallet. Chicken was the calling for me this day. A new female worker served well with guidance from a seasoned employee working with her. She was a little nervous and didn't want to make any mistake. She did great. No dinning-in this trip, so I ate inside my car immediately. Good eats.

Walked in to order food and a guy named Eric got a ball from another customer and went back behind counter with same gloves he got the ball with and went back behind counter to prepare food. Ended up walking out
Second time that we've been here, and employees are bringing their kids for the entire day, to utilize the restaurant as a daycare. Their little kids were running around the restaurant, bothering customers, and running into the kitchen area. Very unprofessional.

In June as I traveled through Brewton, I decided to get lunch at the Brewton Burger King on Douglas Avenue. I placed my order and as I drove to the window to pay, I heard a kitten and then saw it laying in a parking space about 20 feet from the drive thru windows. I pulled over to check it out because no one from the restaurant was. They could see and hear the kitten and did nothing. The young lady at the window did look up a shelter on her phone when I asked. I can't help but think, based on the reactions of the two persons I spoke to at the window, that they would have watched that kitten suffer and die. They could have contacted the shelter or even the cat rescue in Brewton. That they did nothing tells me all I need to know about their character. Sometimes, it only takes one bad experience to impact a customer, and this was a big one for me.
