I would not recommend this location at all. We were greeted by a very grumpy employee, who complained the whole time about how bad her day was going. We had to wait for our order at least 15 minutes and the only saving grace was the other employee who was at least pleasant. The chicken was not the best we have had at Churches. The inside of the restaurant was very dirty.

Unlike other reviews mine isn’t about the staff. The chicken was golden, crispy, and juicy BUT completely devoid of flavor. I asked for corn got none (went through drive thru), Mashed potatoes were fair but mostly devoid of flavor. I added butter and salt. The biscuits which I was looking forward too.. just kinda greasy and crunchy on the outside but most definitely no honey butter flavor. If this is representing Texas chicken I don’t know how you guys are open in this area.. when I say no flavor I mean none. Gave the chicken to my dogs and threw out my biscuit after 2 bites. Such a disappointment however the drive thru staff was courteous and asked about my day 😊

Church's has always been one of my favorite chicken restaurants but unfortunately we no longer have one in our area. I am always on the lookout when we go different places trying to spot one. We got lucky coming through this little town and I had the chance to fill the void I have from ours being closed. I have to say the biscuits didn't disappoint in the least!! They melt in your mouth but the chicken tenders were a bit disappointing here. I got some very thin strips with not much meat so the juicy tender flavor I was expecting got replaced with some dried tough meat but I didn't hold it against them as it was an off time of day and they had probably been under the heat lamp for a couple hours. I still had my biscuits to make me happy atleast lol

This location is hiring for every position. But, they seemed to be out of EVERYTHING a hour before close. Two employees standing around while one is putting forth effort. Very little communication & basically EVERYTHING had to be substituted. Seems like the seasoning has gone missing also, very bland & greasy.
Placed online order and still had to wait 15 minutes and they forgot my half gallon of tea, and jalapenos

Ordered a 5 pc chicken tender and Mac n cheese with ranch, tenders were very good but I ordered on door dash and received jalapeño poppers and barbecue sauce, didn’t mind it but I called the store just to ask if they were out of Mac n cheese, store manager answered the phone and I proceeded to ask very nicely “ma’am I’m just curious if you guys are out of mac n cheese” store manager continued to be rude implying I was lying and saying that she packed the order and she put mac n cheese in the box while I was staring at jalapeño poppers then proceeded to hang up on me, overall was treated very rudely over me just asking if they were out of mac n cheese and even worse coming from the store manager!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but my experience at this location last was ridiculous! I stopped by the Brewton location on 8/2/2024 heading home from work. The doors were locked and it was drive through only. There was 1 car ahead of me and I sat there in that drive thru line for 20 minutes waiting to get to the speaker, FINALLY got to the speaker and sat there ANOTHER 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to come on the speaker to take my order with me saying hello incase they didn’t hear me pull up. There was a line of cars behind me. After waiting that long I decided to just leave because I was just ready to get home. When I drove around the side of the building I was expecting to see a line of cars at the window BUT there WASNT!!! No one was at the window! When I drove by the window I looked in and the employees were standing in there talking!!!! This is completely unacceptable! Seems like management needs to find them some employees that actually want to do their job!!!
