A couple of months ago a post was made advertising the the business would have to close if more customers didn't show. After reading it I immediately began calling friends, sharing the message and encouraging people to try it. When I got there it was crowded, so crowded that a customer had to help serve the food. The owner did not show until the afternoon. We all supported the business and hoped that things would improve. Today I went to get 2 turkey sandwiches and 2 pulled pork sandwiches. There were 4 people eating in the dining room and a lady at the counter. The lady said she had been standing there a long time waiting to place her order. I cleared my throat and a voice from the kitchen stated she would be right there. After providing meals to the dining room she waited on the lady at the counter and shortly after that me. The lady got her meals and I sat down to wait. Another lady came in and ordered 2 bbq sandwiches and we began to talk. She expressed her concerns about how the service was terrible, management was never present and turnover was ridiculous. She got her 2 pulled pork sandwiches and left even though I hadn't received mine. After a few minutes another waitress, who had been outside, ask me if I needed anything. I told her I had got my ribs and chicken plate. It was discovered that the other waitress had not entered my order for the sandwiches. I finally got them and left. The lack of concern on the owners part has lead me to believe that this business is faltering. Sadly, after talking to others, I don't think appeals for help will work again. It is a shame because some of the food is outstanding.

Tonight we decided to try Coach's BBQ and WHOA!!!!! Huge and Happy surprise!! This place is PHENOMENAL. We both had the loaded baked potato salad and we also tried their coleslaw. My Wife went nuts over the coleslaw and with good reason. It's smooth sweet and creamy not to mention Dreamy! Anyone looking for good BBQ we highly recommend this place! The portions are big. I mean BIG. And so damn tasty! They have 3 signature sauces; Sweet , Tangy and Spicy. All of them kick ass! 💯🎯🎉 We both loved the Tangy one the best although I loved the Spicy one too. They are very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is comfortable and laid back. Great place to kick back, relax and get your grub on. We most definitely will be back soon! Thank you Coach's BBQ!!! It's East Brewton's best kept secret! We love you!!!!!

The city of Brewton and the surrounding areas should be ashamed of themselves. The restaurant had just one customer. I walked in, immediately greeted by friendly staff, then proceeded to have THE BEST DAYUM BBQ I have EVER had in this entire area, to include Milton FL and Pensacola FL, and I am from Lexington NC (a BBQ capital). This business is family and veteran owned, I'd argue that this area owes Coach's BBQ of Brewton AL one visit. If you are a real Southerner, I guarantee you'll fall right in love.
The only critique I have is that they could add some rocking chairs😂

This was our first time trying Coach’s and it’s my new favorite bbq place in town!!! Absolutely delicious pulled pork meal & sandwiches. We ordered to-go, and the order was perfect and very quick. Will definitely be going back!
