Went there and was greeted with a smile. The waitress was pleasant and courteous and the cook did a fabulous job!! We will be back! 👍👍

The staff was in disarray when we went... actually arguing loudly in the kitchen, and out of a lot of stuff. Our service was decent, considering the circumstances.

This place has gone downhill since I've last came. Service was terrible, food was cold, and our straws that had no wrappers were laid on the table. The building is dirty. I felt sorry for the waitress because she had a baby on her hip at first but then the baby disappeared. Service still lacked. I still left a tip because it's christmas season but I won't be coming back. Also the food that had to be redone was late coming to back my table so I decided to take it home, only to be told they have no to go boxes. 0 stars

This has been the worst ever restaurant I've ever seen. Locked the door to prevent anyone coming in. There were open tables. 5 people at 1st, 3 disappeared, leaving the waitress to cook and serve. Never again

Service was exceptionally slow. They were out of several menu items. The waffle makers weren't working. They locked the doors at 12noon so nobody else could come in though they aren't very busy. I heard them tell a customer that it would be 45 minutes to an hour before they got served. This on a Sunday morning.

I mean I'm not sure cause it's was voting day November 5th so I get it it's gonna be a super crazy day however at the same time they had one cook she's doing everything she can to get them orders out but they should never been short staff granted things happen but if you can't truly fulfill a holiday or any other events going on don't open up at all because it would be pointless we got there took 45 minutes for someone to take our orders they out of hash brown,Philly meat,oh and they was out of water from the drink station so we got our oder the food was cold the mac in cheese was cold the biscuits and gravy was cold bacon was cold the only thing was hot was the meat lovers granted I understand things happen but if you the only place in brewton Alabama cause there are no IHOP,waffle house,dennys nothing like that around brewton just the Huddle house any events you don't have the staff for just shut the place down till the next day. The worst 50 dollars spent ever

Much better! New Manager, order was taken and all food was delivered hot and fresh to the table in a timely manner. No fussing, no drama everyone seemed to be on the same page. So go back and try them again 😀
Why was my complaint removed ?!? I'm going to post every time it's deleted !!! Shut this Huddle House down now. This is a bad place of BUSINESS and the cameras do not work here ! That's why they are getting away with a lot and I will call Corporate AGAIN AND AGAIN until that manager is a gone !!!!

The gave my order to the wrong person and then offered me something that I did not want nor order. I ha e been there 4 times and have never hot good service. The server never offered to refill the tea nor ask if we needed anything else.. if it was possible I would give yall a negative star
