Ordered on the app, picked it up at the drive thru... it was wrong. They did apologize and corrected it. Got the order home and both my wife's and my burgers had hard stale buns. This was not a one time occurrence. Decided to give them another try a few days later, same thing... hard stale bread. Very disappointed. I love me some McDonald's, but I can not recommend this location.

Stopped here on the way home from Pensacola. Absolutely the worst. I have never been in a McDonalds where the egg mcmuffin was dripping with grease. It was truly unediable. Floor and bathrooms were also disgusting. The was early in the morning things should have been cleaned. Also the whole time the lady was taking my order, she was talking on the phone. Unprofessional! I would pass this one by.

Paid for 3 small vanilla milkshakes and 1 medium chocolate shake, got 3 small chocolate and 1 small vanilla. Told them and finally got 4 small shakes of the right flavor. No whipped cream. Bathroom extremely nasty (feces everywhere).

This is the SLOWEST “fast food” place I’ve ever saw. Ice cream machine is down. 15min wait when there was absolutely NO line! Then the meal was missing the chicken nuggets, sandwich was so sloppy and had more ketchup and mayo than it did meat, so he fries were only half full. My husband was on a quick lunch and couldn’t immediately get back and had to eat the little bit that was in the bag so they acted like they couldn’t replace anything although we tried calling from 2 different phones and they couldn’t hear us. Terrible service, no multitasking skills & careless food prep.

This is the piss poorest run establishment I’ve ever seen, setting in line forever just to pay for the food because there’s no one there so I go to the pickup window and pay then get home and there’s no dipping sauce for the nuggets, it has been consistently failing at everything
