This is the piss poorest run establishment I’ve ever seen, setting in line forever just to pay for the food because there’s no one there so I go to the pickup window and pay then get home and there’s no dipping sauce for the nuggets, it has been consistently failing at everything

I am on trip number 7 of issues with a simple breakfast meal . I always already the same thing over and over . I am still trying to figure out how you mess up a order for bacon egg cheese bagel meal 7 times now.
Several of the screwup was because they kept putting in steak bagels instead of the bacon bagels.
Several were that they didn't put breakfast sauce on the bacon egg cheese bagels. I normally order two at a time
One time they didn't even out bacon on the bacon egg cheese bagel. It was just egg and cheese.
The hash browns are never hot at beat Luke warm. I work at a company near by and everyone at the business knows to not eat at McDonald's That they can't get a simple order correct. When I start to complain about McDonald's at work they look at me like I am crazy because I keep going back even though as I said we all laught at the craziness that happens at McDonald's.
The new management is not trained to do their job. I use to work at this McDonald's and he is setup to fail . He should be able to do more then he currently does but I don't think they let him.
We locals are waiting for the day this McDonald's is closed down. To be honest we are shocked it is still open.

Young lady gave me the food but there was a tear at the bottom of bag and all my food fell out in my car. I think this poor training or no is advising the workers this is how they keep their job by treating customers fairly.

Just pulled in drove thru says open till 1 am , well it's not cause their are closed now . Y'all need to update your website

Drive through was very slow and the food was bad, even by McDonald’s standards. The fries tasted old and my double cheeseburger was saturated in grease and the assembler had managed to get only half of the top bun onto the burger - normally not an issue except that it had obviously been dying under a heat lamp for so long that it had congealed into one big mass. Can’t wait for Jack’s to open!

Was, for the most part, what you'd expect from a Micky D's... Except the cost! 2 number 1's (Big Mack) meal ... Hamburger, fries and a drink X2 = $20! Since Covid, the price of "Things" has exploded to the point of being STUPID! WHY?

Did not have fresh food, did not get my daughter ice cream right probably the worst experience for McDonald's I've ever had. Won't come back to this particular location.
