My husband went to this location around 8:30-9:00 at night. He ordered a 20 pc nugget, one large fry, and two medium fries. Once he came home we found what looked like beard trimmings on the fries. We packed up the fries and brought them back to this location so we could be refunded. The manager on duty took the fries and barely looked at them, stating that she’s didn’t see any hair. We offered to show her pictures and she declined stating that she didn’t need to see them and gave us the refund for the fries. The disregard that the manager had for this issue was baffling. They are going to end up making someone sick. We will not be returning to this location, I can honestly say that this is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

place is difficult for trailered vehicles/ RVs. the rear parking exit may be detrimental to your suspension it has pot holes as big as Volkswagen beetles. Fries were cold.

I ordered a large cho.milkshake they gave it to me and I saw cho. syrup on top and on inside of container. I asked them to please mix it up ok... They tell me to move up and wait... Need to do job right first time. I waited in line why should I have to wait for your mistakes.

It was possible leave a review with no stars I would do that. Had to go back inside for the barbecue sauce they didn't put in the bag after they asked me what kind of sauce we wanted. And then we open the Nuggets up and there are two cookies instead of four nuggets in the box.

This is a great place to grab some on the move food. the food is always fresh and worm, the staff are as freindly as can be. it lost a star because ice cream and milkshake never being avalible.Parking: The parking lot isn't huge, but it's never full either. the drive thru is where all of the action happens.Kid-friendliness: oh yes. very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: it's newer, so certainly ADA complaint

Customer service is VERY important coming from someone who also has 10 years experience in the fast food industry (Including McDonald’s)!! An employee by the name of Tia was rude on 1/9/23 in Brewton, AL and cares nothing about customer service or satisfaction!!!! She has no business standing behind the counter treating customers the way that she does!! Someone train her or your business is going to fail worse than it already has! Thankfully I’m someone who can keep my composure and simply leave an honest review ?
This restaurant is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Literally every time I come here it’s a 10-20 minute wait before you’re even acknowledged and then 30-45 minute wait to get your food cause they are to busy talking or on their phones. And then they have the audacity to get an attitude after you’ve waited 45 minutes. Something needs done here
