We had a small hiccup with our order and Ashley the general manager was very kind and understanding and even offered us a discount on our order definitely appreciate the patience and understanding she gave us.

Service has definitely improved. The wait is still awful. You can be the only person in the store and still have to wait 45 minutes for your order. Heads up, pick up carry out orders are dead last. Irs definitely not on a first come first serve basis. Online orders have priority and are prepared first, then delivery, and then carry out. Many carry out orders still have to wait a very long time to pick up a pizza even after arrival. I do not know what's the deal with their...
