For $60 for a buffet you would think they would have more then 2 pizzas out, the breadsticks had 2 in the pan, the lettuce was brown When I made this exact statement to the waitress while paying she said Haha I know right.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Pizza Hut. I ordered online at 5:56pm with a 24 minute wait. I waited in line for a total of 40 minutes. After I paid, they couldn't find my order. It wasn't even made yet. They pushed it back for delivery orders. I asked how long to make it, and she couldn't tell me. I ended up getting a refund, but I had used a birthday coupon for free bread sticks and my rewards points for a free pizza. I was told online had nothing to do with them and I wouldn't get those back. I told them that wasn't fair to me, and I shouldn't lose anything because they had pushed my order back and couldn't give me another pickup time. I was so upset. I went to Sonic. I didn't get home until 7:30 pm. I did call the toll-free number and was able to get my rewards and my coupon back. I normally don't complain, but the staff at Pizza Hut didn't care that I didn't get my order, nor did they try to make it right.

The building needs renovations, extremely bad, and a good cleaner the absolutely only two reasons I gave any stars for this place is the two awesome ladies that work at night they were both very pleasant. It’s not their fault that they work at a horrible establishment. This place needs to be shut down by the health department honestly
