I placed an order online at 10:30 the store is supposed to close at 11 but when I got there the guy refused to open the window even after showing him my receipt mind you it was only 10:38. If your gonn shut down tha early you need to fix your online hours and your app it’s simple. Instead yall took my money and now I gotta wait 6-10 days for it😂

I came here for red beans and rice. But after i went into the restroom i decided to go somewhere that cared about the customers overall experience. There wasn't any toilet paper, no paper towel and no soap in the restroom. The worse thing about this is i watched an employee leave out of this restroom and go back into the kitchen. How did he wash his hands. This is a disgrace.

While the food was satisfactory, the men's restroom had no toilet tissue or hand towels. When I informed the manager about the lack of any paper some 30 minutes later it had not been addressed.

I went there yesterday and got a gallon of sweet tea and it was only 1/3 full in the bag. I explained to the young lady that is not a gallon. So she went to ask another person. Then I get back home and find out that they gave me half sweet and half unsweetened tea. I go to that location every week and this was very disappointed in the tea and the fact that they gave me spoiled tea and I live 45 minutes from the store. Not a happy customer.

Today 17 November 2025 At a little after 11 o'clock I placed an order and other people behind me placed order A line started and a Man in the order line jumped up when my name was called and he took my food and sat down and eat it I got up to check on my food after several other people had gotten theres Went to the counter and had to get back in line to even talk to anyone I asked about my food could not find mine Tryed to get my money back you a refund for food I didn't get Ooo it will be a While before I can get your money back to you SO I'm out $12.64 because when your lunch is done you don't have time to WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY
