Just like all the other Brewton fast food joints, you can be sure you will be greeted with bad attitudes and messed up orders. It sucks spending as much as y'all charge for food and then driving all the way home to find out you didn't give me everything I paid for. I would have addressed this in a direct phone call, but y'all don't ever answer the phone either.

You would think making a chicken sandwich and sticking to customer requests like “lite mayo” would be simple but apparently it takes a bachelors degree. Asked for lite mayo and go no mayo. More than once the Brewton location has messed up my order. Simple orders ain’t so simple anymore I guess. Brewton Popeyes is honestly useless. Would rather have a Chick-Fil-A

We stop here and eat at least 3 times a month but the last 2 times we have been there our meals were messed up and got rushed to hurry up and order than the female at the front counter was very rude and not attentive at all. We went over the order 2 times while cashing out and it still came out wrong and when asked about it she said "well that's what you ordered!" I think my family and I will start going somewhere else whenever we come to town.

After ordering our food we were told to pull up and they would bring our food out. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to discover our order had been ready but the employee was playing on his cell phone. The manager got on his case real good.
