Went to drive threw waited 20 mins to get some to take order then had to wait 10 mins for them to get threw with someone at window. When I got to window they didn’t have order right. Then told me it be about 10 more mins. Told them to cancel my order. And the manager and the person at the window was very Rude and ugly about it . They need to close this place or fire the people working there

Some guy came in from outside and immediately started handling my food no gloves didn’t wash his hands and was picking at his skin while finishing my food then got mad when I said something

Drinks are awesome, but the food is overall meh. This is true for all Sonics.
Started off really great but has declined very quickly. The cleanliness is terrible just looking into the drive thur door. The employees seem to play around with each other and aren't very concerned about how long people may wait while they continue talking to each other.

They are very rude and always high on drugs. Great food but very bad service. Telling me she will get to me after wile as she rolled her eyes then basically threw the food at me. I will not be back to this location.
I went to sonic on 2/9/24 and ordered at 3:15 pm and ordered a mini chocolate chip cookie dough blast. Very simple to make, ice cream and chocolate chips cookie dough. First one was full of chocolate syrup mixed with some chocolate chip cookie dough. Went back around and told her it wasn't right. Second one was full of chocolate chunks. She caught a attitude and had someone else make it and it was fine. She wouldn't even turn around when I left. If she doesn't want to work there find ANOTHER JOB. People expect orders to be right when they pay for it and leave chip on your shoulder at home.
