They are ALWAYS very kind, fast, and get an order correct every single time I’m there. There is really nothing else I ask for. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location

I'm giving this place five stars because of a very kind lady named CC, who went out of her way to speak kind while the other employee rolled their eyes at her friendliness. C.C. is an example of what your business model should strive to be. Thank you so much for CC. The food actually was more presentable than it has been in the past. I can only assume that is from her presence. She was working the drive through, but in my opinion, she could have a good team under her.

Absolutely terrible customer service with people who look at you like you’re dumb for even walking to the counter. If you want to see the downfall of fast food please feel welcome to walk through these doors or any restaurant other fast food establishment in this town….besides Whataburger

I don't often come to this location, and every time I do I am reminded of why I typically avoid it. Not only were multiple items in my order incorrect or completely missing, but the taco shell was completely broken in multiple spots, and the chalupa shell was ripped over halfway down the shell. Taste wise the food is decent, but the wait time in the drive thru only to discover half of the order is wrong is incredibly disappointing.

We placed an online order during our break from work. It was ready when we got here and they had us waiting for 10 minutes at the counter. 5 cars came and left and they gave out other orders over the counter while ignoring us. When one of the cooks finally acknowledged us the other lady came over and gave us our food. Now tell me why after waiting that long and getting ignored they proceeded to give me this skimpy cold fry (photo included). And after they gave us our stuff three people came in and their orders were immediately taken and given out within 5 min.

Night crew is a joke stopped here with my family to eat in. It took about 30 mins to get the food it was cold and sloppy and had hardly any meat or lettuce. But crew was live and laughing. All need to be fired if this is how they work. Won't be back dont care how hungry I am passing thru on a road trip.

The cook purposely put a piece of tape in my Chalupa on 5/21/25. The people in this Taco Bell is not very nice. The reason I complained bc those people are lazy and bad customer service. I will be calling the headquarters bc putting a piece of tape in my food is outrageous.

First off coming in the drive though, the staff was ridiculously rude through the speaker and at the window, and ignored us a few times and just left us sitting there. They were out of almost everything, and admitted to having the fryers and grills off “for the night” despite it not being anywhere near closing time. Our entire order was wrong, and they forgot items too. We ordered two flat bread melts with no sauce on them and got what could only be extra sauce on both, and the shredded cheese wasn’t even slightly melted. We also ordered a Doritos locos taco that looked like it had been made hours earlier, it was so soggy it looked like it had been dipped in a pool. Didn’t eat any of our food. If you don’t like your job then quit but it is absurd to be an asshole and negligent at your job for no reason.

Worst Taco Bell around. Every time you go, they are out of everything. Ordered a large nacho fry, got a half filled thing of fries that were COLD. Out of half of their drinks this time.
Stopped in for a quick lunch and they did not disappoint! Walked in, placed order and by the time I had filled my cup and grabbed my sauces the food was basically packed up and ready to go! Very clean restaurant area and well stocked sauce bar. Friendly staff and the food was hot and fresh! Great experience and will definitely be back.

Had 3 soft steak Tacos delivered by Door Dash to the hospital. When I opened the tiny bag, I could not believe my eyes. The tacos were about the size of my thumb. They were literally 3 rolled up tortillas. There was not enough meat, cheese and lettuce in all 3 combined to make one taco. Door Dash money wasted.

This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be coming back to this location. Ordered food from the drive through and then didn’t get half of what I ordered right, so my bf and I went inside to ask to get the other food I ordered and they rang it up wrong on the thing and wouldn’t give me the right food that I wanted. The workers in there are a joke and walked right by us 3 differ times and this is not the first time this has happened.

Do not buy the Chicken Chalupa I bought number 6 on the menu and after I ate it I got sick I advised not to buy anything with chicken in it from this taco bell
