I’ve been to this Taco Bell on multiple occasions and always had a problem. Since Brewton doesn’t have many options and I normally enjoy the food I decided to go today. Normally the issue is being out of something I ordered(which still happened today with my drink) or the staff seeming to struggle with keeping up production(I always try to give time and the benefit of the doubt when I’m waiting, but have been left waiting for 20 minutes with an online order previously that I saw sitting on the counter and told them I believed it was mine). Today however the major issue is undercooked food. I understand cheese doesn’t have to be cooked, but if they can’t even take the time to properly cook a cheese roll up and melt the cheese(picture attached) I highly doubt they’re doing other things they should be.

They messed up on my order like they always do. I called to inform them of their screw up and was hung up on. Their staff is the most unprofessional fast food crew in Brewton Alabama. They really need to be closed for good. They literally have one member of their staff that is always professional and always helpful and her name is Shaina. I definitely will be contacting their corporate office. Do better Brewton.

We stopped in planning to eat, but thankfully used the restroom first. After washing up, I discovered that the soap dispenser didn’t work and there was no soap available anywhere in the restroom. The water was warm, but without soap, it’s impossible to properly wash your hands.
What really concerned me was the sign stating that “all employees must wash hands before returning to work.” That’s great in theory — but how is that happening if there’s no soap available?
Because of that hygiene issue, we chose not to eat there and left instead. Hopefully management addresses this quickly, as it’s a major cleanliness concern.

They are ALWAYS very kind, fast, and get an order correct every single time I’m there. There is really nothing else I ask for. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location

I'm giving this place five stars because of a very kind lady named CC, who went out of her way to speak kind while the other employee rolled their eyes at her friendliness. C.C. is an example of what your business model should strive to be. Thank you so much for CC. The food actually was more presentable than it has been in the past. I can only assume that is from her presence. She was working the drive through, but in my opinion, she could have a good team under her.

Absolutely terrible customer service with people who look at you like you’re dumb for even walking to the counter. If you want to see the downfall of fast food please feel welcome to walk through these doors or any restaurant other fast food establishment in this town….besides Whataburger

I don't often come to this location, and every time I do I am reminded of why I typically avoid it. Not only were multiple items in my order incorrect or completely missing, but the taco shell was completely broken in multiple spots, and the chalupa shell was ripped over halfway down the shell. Taste wise the food is decent, but the wait time in the drive thru only to discover half of the order is wrong is incredibly disappointing.

The place could use some cleaning..And the associate could be more attentive to their customers. The automated machine to place your order,is causing the employees to get away from customer service.

We placed an online order during our break from work. It was ready when we got here and they had us waiting for 10 minutes at the counter. 5 cars came and left and they gave out other orders over the counter while ignoring us. When one of the cooks finally acknowledged us the other lady came over and gave us our food. Now tell me why after waiting that long and getting ignored they proceeded to give me this skimpy cold fry (photo included). And after they gave us our stuff three people came in and their orders were immediately taken and given out within 5 min.
Night crew is a joke stopped here with my family to eat in. It took about 30 mins to get the food it was cold and sloppy and had hardly any meat or lettuce. But crew was live and laughing. All need to be fired if this is how they work. Won't be back dont care how hungry I am passing thru on a road trip.
The cook purposely put a piece of tape in my Chalupa on 5/21/25. The people in this Taco Bell is not very nice. The reason I complained bc those people are lazy and bad customer service. I will be calling the headquarters bc putting a piece of tape in my food is outrageous.
