So, this was our first visit to Whataburger and we were not disappointed. We stopped on our way home from vacation for breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches were fresh, hot and enjoyable. The hash browns were the best fast food ones we've had. Jackson was very focused on guest service and was helping out everywhere. This was a great visit. Jackson is an asset to the company values. It showed.

While the attitudes of the employees are touch and go depending on who you get the speed of getting served is ridiculous. They have great food but if you're in a hurry or on a lunch break with limited time this is not the place for you it is nothing for you to sit in the line for 30 minutes or more. When you think fast food you think quick in and out and convenient. Honestly you'd be better off going to sit down somewhere.

I have their rewards program but there was no cell service inside the restaurant and they do not have wifi. I have eaten there several times and the food is usually good. Their banana pudding shake is fantastic. They really need to have wifi available or at the very least a way to get credit for your order without cell service or wifi. Possibly using your phone number. The first time, the young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly.
