I understand this is a small town and all but do not come here.If you think you're gonna get moderate speed service for breakfast. Ordered inside to go and still took over 15 min.came here at around 7:00 in the morning. Ended up getting my money back, my bowl order hadn't even been started on, stayed was waiting on gravy. Could have communicated that and I would have said leave it off. Cashier was friendly and nice

I just left the Whataburger in brewton Alabama The service that was slow as hell and they had my french fries upside down in a bag and was maybe a handful of french fries and. It was not the full amount and my burger had that white sauce on it again and I asked them not to put it on there they were pathetic and they had people turn around and left the place because of how slow they were pathetic I will speak to the general manager of that area tomorrow

Waited over 30 mins for chicken tenders and fries. Crew forgot about the extra fry we had and made us wait an additional 20 mins, forgot about us, and then we had to go inside to remind them. Everyone is on their cell phone, not paying attention. Wasting our time, I’m sad we chose to stop here.

For great tasting fast food . Go to this Whataburger. The food always tastes great, and the staff always get the orders correct. Sometimes the wait is a bit long at the Drive Thru, but the food is worth the wait. 👍The inside and outside is very clean and attractive from Hwy 31. Plus, it's across the road from Wal Mart, if you want to shop. I highly recommend this Whataburger! 5 Stars Plus !!

They were out of ice. Told us when we arrived. I asked if they had sent someone to purchase ice, and she looked at me like I had 2 heads. This is the second subpar experience at this particular place. Not again.

This location is absolutely trash sorry slow rude employees. Terrible food I always haft to turn around and go in either because my food is wrong or they forgot something. I always haft to wait 20-30 minutes for my food. The GM should be fired. Can't hire appropriate employees. Dirty nasty people.
Our fried were cold. With 4 combo meals on our ticket spending that much money our fried should've burned our mouth. Everything else was on point. However I think a second order place like mcdonald's would really improve drive thru time just food for thought
