If you've been to this location, you know exactly what I'm going to say. The food is incredible. I'd eat just about anything on the menu. The spicy ketchup is genius. The Honey Butter chicken biscuit rivals the Chick-fil-a chicken biscuit. The burgers are all great. The chicken tenders with gravy are an excellent choice. But the train goes off the tracks with the customer experience. If you call ahead or order inside, it's slightly better, but for whatever reason there is ALWAYS a long wait. And if you order in the drive through, you might as well call home and let them know you're gonna be there a while. I'd cut them slack if it was a once-in-a-while thing, but I've never been through the drive-through without a poor experience. They are lucky they are one of the better fast food choices in Brewton.
Worst whataburger I’ve ever been to. They do nothing but forget items in your order. How hard is it to make sure everything is in the bag?? Must be pretty damn hard it seems!! Better off taking the time and going to century, at least I know they will get it right.

Just ordered online. Food wasn't prepared until I arrived. Got home and the burger wasn't a burger, just bun, lettuce, and onion. This location is horrible.
I've been frequenting the Brewton Whataburger for years. I work early mornings having to be at work at 5am. Until recently I've always enjoyed getting a delicious cup of coffee to help wake me up. The last 4 visits I've ordered my coffee only to be told they are out or haven't made any yet. So this morning I decided to ask what's the deal with the coffee?! I was told, by a very gracious employee that they can't make coffee until around 5:30am because it's only good for one hour and they won't sell enough at 5am to make profit. So you mean to tell me Whataburger is doing so badly that they have to skimp their customers on coffee..oh and tea also...just to save a couple of bucks?! I have just about given up on fast food places in this town. Whataburger was one of maybe 2 fast food restaurants that I even go to anymore and now this! When did the food industry stop being about the customer? Why are people that take these jobs not being held accountable for their performance and work ethic? Why is a company that has customers wrapped around the building most days at lunch and supper skimping on coffee of all things? Do better Whataburger. I know I'm not the only person that works that early, not to mention the hunters that like to grab a bite before they go to the woods, so serve your customers what they want. It's just a cup of coffee.P.S. the employees at Whataburger in Brewton are very nice. Those comments were an in general statement for all other food joints.
