First time and we are from out of town. Waited way to long to even place our order while an employee continued to wipe down chairs and tables. Milkshake was decent but the service was not worth a return trip.

This was our first time here and we loved it. The lady that waited on us was super sweet and very helpful.. can’t wait to go back and try something different.
Their ice cream is good if you can get it. Don’t look to Google for their hours. They only update their hours here. Rude employees and slow service but the ice cream is good.

I would recommend, but wait until COVID is over. I’m not sure if I encountered the owner or just an employee, but whoever I encountered was extremely rude. I grabbed a spoon which was behind the cups on top of the ice cream bar within sight and reach and I thought the man was going to have a meltdown. I understand they are on edge due to COVID, but buy individually packaged spoons if you’re that concerned. The safety measures they have in place sound good, but their measures are pointless when you have unlimited people in the store, employees making orders and collecting dirty money, and no one watching the “bag your own candy”. Then they have this wonderful notice at the checkout. Whoever created the notice definitely has a sassy attitude.
