Today I went to Brighton’s location twice (it’s a normal thing for me & my kid) but unlike any other day, today was my last time spending money there. Both times I went on today, my card was swiped over what I was actually supposed to pay. There’s no way a 10 piece combo is $19.57. & no I was not given a receipt. Second time all I got was a medium fry & sweet tea. How did that get charged for $16.15? Went bck to speak with the manager & she claimed I had to come bck for the A.M manager. I sure will be there bright & early. After I get my money bck they will never get my business again.

By far the worst McDonald’s I ever been to they had me waiting in line for 30 mins noon in the drive thru and no one inside but they sitting outside !

I visited The Brighton location of 1/2/2023 in the drive through,@ 7: 15 I was the only coustermer at this time, lobby was empty also I asked for fresh fries set in the drive through for almost ten mins, get my order pull off reach in the bag for a fry and they were Luke warm and rubbery, this is totally unacceptable I would understand if they were crowded but I'm the only one there inside and out, so what was the fake wait for, just pitiful service, I would be ashamed if I was the owner of this franchise

I'm just wondering who makes the ice cream machines because they need to do a better job every McDonald's in Alabama it seems like the machine is always down no matter what. They say it's for cleaning but how long does it take to clean surely it more than likely cleans itself on a certain mode you put it on. I just feel like McDonald's could invest in better machines they make plenty of money to do it

Burger delicious but had 2 make2 trips through drive thru because they wouldn't take but 1 order per car. Ridiculous! ?
