This places served raw chicken and my fiancé got food poisoning! I would never recommend this place.
Food is always cold. Had our third visit last night through the drive thru. Chicken tenders, fries and biscuits were all cold. The cinnamon biscuits were hard as a rock, cold and looked like they had been sitting since the morning.
poor app development and coordination with new stores to get listed, therein, in order to place mobile orders.

Bojangles is a welcoming restaurant with friendly and professional staff, particularly in the drive-thru. The dining room is clean and the food is good, with fresh ingredients. The chicken is a standout, and the employees are nice and courteous. The sweet tea is refreshing and the dirty rice is a highlight. The restaurant features biscuits that are as good as those at Hardee's, making it a popular spot, although lines can be long, especially on Saturday mornings.
The dining room hostess Vickie is wonderful, checking on customers and providing a free Bo Biscuit to try. The establishment is known for its excellent service, great quality, and fast delivery. Martar Williams, in particular, is praised for brightening up the experience with her smile and great attitude.
Overall, Bojangles remains a great place for a delicious meal, despite occasional busy times or some less satisfying experiences.
