I normally love a good 7 brew coffee and I’ve never had any issues until yesterday..I swung by the calera location on my way to school and ordered a sugar free mocha. The last couple times I’ve been I’ve ordered sugar free due to a specific dietary restriction, but yesterday…I don’t know if it was accidental or what, but I know my drink wasn’t sugar free. Due to a particular medication that I’m on, I can not have large amounts of sugar ( like what is usually used in most sweet coffee drinks), it interacts horribly with said medication and can cause me to throw up. Which is what happened yesterday unfortunately…at school…
Please, if someone asks for a drink to be made a certain way, if you have the capability to make it that way, do so. Not everyone is open about their dietary restrictions. Some are embarrassed by them, for some it’s a personal choice not to share the exact specifics of it. You ARE however allowed to ASK if there are any dietary restrictions, but I know a lot of people/servers don’t always think to do that.
The coffee was delicious, I wish i could have kept it down. Not sure when I’ll be back here though…
Oh, and the employees are SUPER friendly. Always a good experience over all.

I love 7 Brew, but this is the worst location. I ordered a Fizz bc it was late and they gave me a 7 energy. I ordered Nightshade which I love and it tasted like toasted Marshmellow or something 🤮. I ordered a Banana, strawberry, and vanilla. It tasted like that same gross flavor that the other drink did. This never happens in Bham or Alabaster.

Very good service you need a menu outside. There is a qr to scan but its where you pickup your order, not near where the folks are taking your order.

My husband has mentioned multiple times that he feels skipped in line at this location, and I honestly didn’t think it was as frequent as he made it sound—until today.
We stopped at this 7 Brew while traveling. We visit often and are familiar with the friendly staff, which is why today stood out so much. We intentionally pulled into the shortest line to help keep traffic moving and ended up being the last car in that line. Instead of finishing our line and taking our order, the barista moved to the other line and began taking orders from cars that arrived after us.
We sat there feeling completely overlooked and invisible. This isn’t just a small inconvenience—it’s poor customer service, especially when it appears to be a recurring issue. I’m honestly surprised my husband continues to come back after experiencing this more than once.
7 Brew, you can do better than this.

I would never have went to this place. But my coworker likes this place and I needed to get her a gift card. This place is BS you should never have your associates out in the middle of this cold weather trying to sell some coffee. The coffee can't be that good I would never drink coffee from this place because I would rather go to Starbucks and have somebody on the inside and the warm nice heated and cold air to make my coffee and serve it to me instead of making me go through a drive-thru looking at the poor people working there in their little coats in their hats and their gloves if they can afford them. Shame on the owners.

Incredible coffee shop, but my only complaint is that the employees taking your orders should tell you if there is a special going on. This company does a ton of specials, but I’ve never heard an employee mention them when coming up to greet you. You have to see it on the signs/social media, but many times when you go they have a line wrapped around the building and they take your order long before you get near the signs.

My favorite place to go to! As embarrassing as it is, I go AT LEAST 2 times a day. I work 12 hour night shifts. They are ALWAYS super kind, and the music is such a vibe! I told them about my pumpkin allergy and the manager was SO sweet and had it added to my account so I didn’t have to constantly remind them about it. Music can be a little loud sometimes but honestly when I work I also blast my music so there’s no reason to complain. KEEP VIBING 💕
