After a very long day of traveling we were starving. We checked in to our hotel and my family and I decided to order Bojangles. My husband and I have had Bojangles before so we wanted our son to experience how good Bojangles is....this Bojangles was TERRIBLE. I honestly wish I could rate negative stars. First of all the chicken on our sandwiches was paper thin and so dry, wish I could share the pictures I have. The fries tasted like they had been sitting since the dinner rush. My husband didn't even get his drink.

Great experience here today! Super friendly and helpful service, even with them having to manually input an online order that didn’t go through because their system was down. They made sure our order was correct, down to the number of sauces we asked for, and our food was hot, fresh and tasty. We’ll continue to come to this Bojangles location!

I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. I guess I'm an idiot... or maybe this is the last time. The food is meh, but my order is constantly screwed up. And it sure is funny how these places never error to the benefit of the customer but always end up screwing the customer. This place is no different than the Jack's up the road. They suck. I'm sorry. It's incompetence at its finest. I'm so tired of getting ripped off by these places. Next time, I'll stay home and eat whatever is at the house. We gotta draw the line somewhere, folks.

***Just a heads up for all truck drivers and also people who watch their commercials***

I ordered Bo-Berry biscuits and drove off in a hurry to meet a deadline. I checked my order while driving and saw that my order was completely burned.

I promptly drove back to tell them that they accidentally burned my biscuits. The cashier looked at me like "what are you talking about? She literally kept saying "but we just took them out of the oven."

And I kept saying "but they're burnt and impossible to eat unless I soak them in water."

Finally, I asked "didn't y'all make them fresh as advertised in the commercial and on the poster displayed on the window?

She said, "We don't do that. We make them in the morning and put them back in the oven when people order them and they sometimes over cook them."

The sandwich was not hot and it looked like it had been fried flipped over and the biscuit meh, the bow rounds were not hot and ever since they change the recipe on the chicken for the chicken spicy chicken sandwich, and they changed the bow rounds. Also, they have not been as good unless they were extremely fresh out of the fryer.

I had an online pick up order . I like to check my food before I leave and a gnat flew out the box . I was told I would have to do a refund online. The wait time for chicken was insane.No I'm sorry or nothing Manager at the time was not pleasant at all Manager was looking at me stupid face as if i was lying and had no solution as if she would walk off with no product or her money . I wasn’t offered a drink or anything. These fast food establishments need to do better !
