Worst burger king i have ever been to took 10 min for them to take my order sitting in the drive thru then i move to the window to pay and sit another 20 minutes paid for my food girl at drive thru never said a word didnt get a receipt and they didnt even give me what i ordered and it was cold looked like all the workers was having a party in the dining room will never go back to burger king ever. Had to give it a star to post or i would give it absolutely nothing

I don't know why I even try going to Burger King anymore. Out of the last 15 times I've been to Burger King (various locations), my order has been right maybe once. Is it that hard to get a bacon double cheeseburger only ketchup and lettuce correct? I've gotten single cheese burgers, burgers with ketchup and pickle (no lettuce), burgers with only ketchup and lettuce (no bacon or cheese), etc. For a place that has always promoted having things your way, they suck at special orders. Even McDonalds is better, but Burger Kings burgers themselves have better flavor and that's why I guess I keep trying.

Just bad customer service by the girl at the window today. Like attitude for no reason. I usually side on the workers, but this time, its just bad customer service. Never coming back.
Third time is the charm. My first 2 visits were flops, cold food and unimpressive. Tonight = delicious!! I love BK.. 55 yrs old and it's always been a staple my family has loved. They have been redeemed 100%.. drive thru

Absolutely fantastic place to eat. I know many donāt like it but probably because they donāt try it enough enough. Nice fire grilled burgers juicy hamburger. That is next to yummy fresh crispy fries. You cannot go wrong with it.

I just moved to Calera and my kids are in love with Burger King but every time we order the food is coldddd! I feel like if your business is slow cook to order Iād most definitely rather sit and wait 5 mins for fresh food that to waste money on food we couldnāt even eat! But the service is good!
