Tonight's food was highly disappointing. The so highly advertised lobster bites were burnt and stuck together, the fish filet was more of a batter filet with barely any fish, the fries were cold and soggy, and the lobster bisque tasted like a whole container of nutmeg was dumped into it.

They are running a ghost kitchen through doordash called catfish kitchen. Tricking people into thinking they are gonna get some good fish. But in reality, they're getting the fake fish from captain.D's. Absolutely pathetic!

I placed an online order in the parking and went straight to the intercom to request fresh popcorn shrimp. I was the only car in line initially. After waiting 10 minutes or so, I got my food. I noticed the shrimp was hot but a little darker than usual. I tasted a fry before driving off & it was room temp but I could throw them in my air fryer because they weren't fully cooked anyways. However, that shrimp was either already cooked & placed back in the oil to heat up or cooked in old burnt oil. It had a nasty burnt taste. The employee was very nice and friendly but the food was poor quality. This is why I don't frequent this location. Very inconsistent experiences.

The food was hot , fresh and tasty. The cashier was a little rude and extremely pushy rushing us through our order. Otherwise the food was on point. LADY AT THE WINDOW NOT SO MUCH. sad that people want more pay just to be rude . Its not our fault you don't like your job.

Leaving a review because I had an awesome experience here a few minutes ago. They had a long line and I waited for 15 minutes. But Brendan took or and was super polite. He also greeted me at the menu and the window. My food was hot and fresh. My order was correct and Brendan said he hopes I had a great day. It was probably regular service to him. But it was way better than the last two fast food places I've been to. They made me feel like I insulted them by coming. 😂😂

Haven't been to a Captain D's in awhile. Most are kinda old looking or a little dingy. This location however is fantastic. Had a 91 health department score and the staff were friendly. The food was very fresh and very hot. I will come to this location again because I heard the Captain's call.
Not up to par long john silvers is way better or it's just the location shrimp was nasty fish were small and just was a big let down

One of the best locations! We went at 8:15pm and they close at 9pm. Usually that is the sure way to get cold food or old food. But not here! Everything was hot and tasted great! My family was thoroughly happy and their tummies were too!

I was extremely disappointed with the experience at this restaurant. After waiting in a slow line, I expected hot food. The only thing that was hot was 2 tiny broken up pieces of flounder that barely weighed as much as 3pcs of the dried out shrimp. My fries were tough and the hush puppies were hard. The employee at the widow was very polite and apologized for the insultingly small fish. He agreed that it looks larger in the photos. I feel as if I wasted my hard earned $6.53. The poor quality if food is why I do not dine at Captain Ds hardly ever. This was by far the worse experience, with the exception of the kind gentleman. I have no issues waiting, but all the food should be fresh. I wouldn't send anything out the widow that I wouldn't eat myself. I sent it back & just got the small battered fish. I only asked for some fresh fries without noticing the other item were hard too. How can you have a line & still serve old food?
