As always exceptional food and atmosphere, however we came at a time that was crowded. Honestly its always crowded 🤣 but it just wasn't confortable to walk Through specially with kiddos . Totally doable but inconvenient. The kids playground is really small and no tables over there

The food is affordable, the service was great, and the wait times were slow. It was pretty busy but that drive thru line moved faster than any other drive thru I’ve been in. If only other fast food joints could take some notes. My partner and I got breakfast, and the hashbrowns are an absolute steal. Bathrooms are clean as well!

Not the best experience at a Chick-fil-A food wise. My sandwich had the smallest piece of chicken, and the fries from both of our meals were basically just a bunch of crumbs. The bathrooms were clean.

This location is usually slow but today we went to the drive through and everyone was sitting down and on their phone. When we were waiting to have our order taken and when we pulled up there was a ton of trash at the window on the ground. When we got to the window someone had to have their food remade and they didn’t park them and instead made the whole line wait for a long time, when I mentioned this the two girls working outside of the window rolled their eyes and scoffed at me. When I called the store about this issue and asked to speak to a director they said one was not available but they didn’t give their name or position. This was a really disappointing experience and no one said they would address these problems and only dismissed them. It should be made right. I used to work as a CFA manager and while I know they higher younger staff during the summer the failure to provide professionalism with service was never acceptable. Make it right and do better, until then I’ll go to another location.

I typically rave about any and all Chick-fil-A locations but the Calera site is a bit of an egnima. Service is spot on but the last three times I visited, there was something amiss with my food. Today, the chicken in my biscuit was way overcooked and the biscuit was a bit dry. This was during peak breakfast hours too so I'm sure I wasn't sold leftovers. Need to do better Chick-fil-A Calera.
