In the past, I rarely had issues with my drive-thru orders, but over the last year, about 50% of the time, my order has been incorrect. I usually remember to check, but if I forget, it’s frustrating to have to drive back because something is missing. In the most recent incident, the employee didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.
I recommend checking your order if you use their drive-thru.
I won’t be visiting this location frequently anymore.

Excellent customer service, very clean, great food. Chick-fil-A can’t be beat! Had my order ready before I left the counter and offered to carry it to the table for me. Someone in the dining room asked twice during our meal if we needed anything and was making sure the dining area was clean.

Marseille was the sweetest! She let me take my time ordering, did not feel rushed at all and seemed so happy! She made my night better! Wish I could tip her!! She knew the menu and what to recommend she also repeated everything back to me in the correct order. Would definitely come back and order from her!
Josh was super nice and we chatted genuinely. That kind of customer service is hard to find so shout out to him! I come here a lot and I’ve never had my order wrong, the staff is SUPER sweet and all have great service besides a small selection few. Really do love my Chick-fil-A <3

This location has an awful, crowded parking lot, so I avoid dine in or curbside.
Unfortunately, the drive-thru is also glacially slow, and on more than one occasion, they’ve *still* made me pull around and park, defeating the whole purpose of the “drive through” part of being, well… a drive-thru.
I get doing making customers do that if it’s a large or complex order, or if there will be a long delay. That’s never the situation. On this date, for example, it was because they “needed less than two minutes” to finish cooking chicken strips. That’s an utterly trivial period of time... people using a drive through know they have to wait on the car in front of them to get their food… that’s how drive-thrus work.
It’s the closest CFA to my work, which means I go there more than I’d like, considering it’s by far the worst run in the county. This has to be the black sheep of the local CFA family: poorly designed and poorly run.
