I will not be back. The last multiple times we’ve been there the service has been terrible even when they’re nearly empty. Today was the final straw. I ordered curbside pickup to avoid the bad service but guess who sat for twenty minutes waiting before going in and retrieving it myself and I was talked over at least twice when I explained I had been waiting. I even tried to speak to a manager and he just kept walking after he’d already acknowledged he’d attempted to bring me the wrong order. Livid.

Pancakes are fantastic!!! (As always). My food and my husband's food were awesome. He had chicken fingers and they were tasty. I had chicken fried steak with eggs and pancakes and those were very good. My son's scrambled eggs and bacon were cold and really not great at all but his pancakes wonderful. Took forever to get food but a ton of others were upset as well at food taking forever. Manager did do a great job and apologized before we ever had to ask so that was wonderful of them.

Well, Crackers Barrell has become hit or miss these days. Its either spot on...or mediocre, or misses the mark entirely. Today's misses: first pour of coffee was luke warm, reorder was hot....new in short order or microwaved? Biscuits were cool, hard, and dry by the time we got them. No jelly. Server was nice.

I have never had a bad day time when I come to this cracker bbarrel. Izzy, Ashley, Dan, Christina, Jerry, Tina are amazing. I know I'm forgetting a few. Thank you everyone.

Somewhat noisy, but that's to be expected. Kitchen was slow, about 35 minutes to come after ordering. Service was excellent. She checked on us multiple times, took care of additional needs, very friendly and pleasant.

Price is not good

The food looked good but the taste wasn't the best and the dumpling soup (idk) not really sure what that was cause taste like watered down veg no seasoning at all ,the best thing was the salad and biscuits

Once again, CB has proven that it isn’t the same place it was years ago. The service was extremely slow and now you have to ask for your server to bring out your bread. Our waitress was so kind but she had been there since 5:45 am and it was after 6:00 pm when we were there. The walls and decor were splattered with food and was disgusting. The experience at CB has gone down hill and we likely will not be returning anytime soon.

Long wait at this one. 20 minutes for a table and an hour or more for the food. Half the dining room was empty and they still back d up for over an hour. Must have had a staff shortage.
