Poor Customer Service, I Felt Discriminated. I Placed My Order Online, Arrived At The Store Within 12 Minutes After Placing My Order. Arrived At The Pickup Window To Get My Order And A Guy Took The $100 Bill That I Gave Him And The Store Manager Brendenn Came To The Window And Told Me I Had To Spend $35 Dollars With Them In Order To Receive My Change Back. My Actual Total Was $21.78. I Left The Store To Get Change To Pay For My Order. Once I Arrived Home My Pizza Was cold. I Will Definitely Not Recommend This Location To Friends Or Family. I Never Had Any Issue With Domino's In Montevello, There Location Is Great. Calera Location I Will Never Recommend To No One. This Was The Second Time I Had An Issue With Brendenn Before, Previous Months Prior.

Whoever made Katelyn a manager need to give her some customer service lesson the was pizza cold. Paid for extra toppings that wasn't there. She wanted to give back one pizza instead of 2 that was ordered with extra toppings. Due to a few slices missing 6 on 6 for each one was Left and she wants to debate the customer. I stated just send my payment back. I be glad wen she buys her own store. Lol SMH 🤣 🤣 people something serious.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I walked into the store to try and use my 50% off coupon that was given to me by dominos. I told the guy at the register that my coupon wasn’t working. I showed him the coupon in my email and i showed them the coupon on my app. I also showed the guy that the coupon wasn’t working at all. I tried to use the coupon in front of him. The guy working the register refused to help me. He stated that he doesn’t know how the app works and told me to contact someone online via the app to help me. Why do i need contact someone online when I am standing inside the store talking to a person that works for dominos. It’s insanely rude to not offer any kind of help at all for the issue that I was having. I will no longer shop or be a customer of dominos ever again.

Quick service and more importantly, my order has been correct all 3 times I have ordered from them. The food is good, the place is clean and the service is prompt and attentive. They are a standout in the world of fast food. This is take out only there is no dining room

Food is always delivered hot and fast!! Very little wait time!! Drivers are always very friendly!! We use Domino’s delivery on a regular basis and will continue to enjoy the great food and service!!
I hate that when you order online. it only gives you the option to give doordash more money. There was no option to select Domino's pizza as it is a delivery Empire. I have the screenshots to provide proof. of the exploiting. but I feel someone is taking advantage of the service there. Food is good and service is great. But fix your URL links please

Asked for oregano on a thin crust pizza and they told me they could not put oregano on it because the computer won't let them ring up oregano. Ridiculous! All things crust is suppose to have oregano on it unless a customer states otherwise
