I have had this truck twice and I got the same things both times (because it was so good the first time)! I got the Choriqueso burrito and the cup of corn. I highly recommend this place!

We stumbled upon El Taco Truck on our way to Birmingham. So glad we stopped by. The menu is simplistic with a wide variety of meats. The restaurant also serves fried plantains, churros, and street corn in a cup.I opted for two chicken & one tripe taco. Very flavorful and fresh. Served with a grilled Serrano pepper! ? My husband ordered the BBQ Beef burrito. It was packed with flavor, stuffed, and fresh. We will definitely stop by again.
